Hey All, is DK here. Im a newbie and I want to give you guys some tips to help injury prevention.
1) Do Not Start the routine at %80-100 erect. If your gonna jelq first try doing it at around %40-%60. Build your way up. If its to easy or if your penis can take it. Then do the original routine. Im saying this because i suffered an injury following the normal routine. I believe i put too much pressure on my penis. So now im taking it slow. Building the pressure. I know alot of you guys out there can do the normal routine. But for some of us, I caution you people to take it easy and start of small and slow. You will save yourself injuries that can last for weeks. and you will save time. and if your doing any other excercises that deals with building pressure in the penis (ex DLD bends). Again start off at %60 or lower. If your penis can take it, then by all means go ahead and follow the original instructions. Im talking from experiance. So i just wanted to give you newbs some heads up.
2) Common signs when pe'ing
Red spots- dont worry there natural and should go away within 24-72hrs
Erections feel weaker- One reason is, your overdoing it. give it a rest. your penis is still fatigued.
