Okay guys, for those of you who have been following this thread, I have come up with a promising combination of 100% non-toxic ingredients that work great as a jelq lube.
What defines a great jelq lube? First, it has to allow your hand to slide over the shaft without grabbing onto excess skin. Second, it needs to be long-lasting. The combination I have thus far meets both of those requirements, but I believe it can be improved if I modify the amounts/ingredients.
Here is what it is as of now:
100% pure vegetable glycerine USP (from health food store)--1 oz.
99% pure aloe vera gel (from health food store)--1 oz.
100% extra-virgin olive oil--2oz.
basically a 1:1:2 ratio of glycerine:aloe

I'm sure you can use any oil in place of the olive oil, but that was what was handy for me. I plan on buying a bulk olive oil from Sam's Club to bring down the cost...I think it is only $3 for half a gallon at Sam's.
The glycerine and aloe are more expensive, but still reasonable. The glycerine was $10 for a 16oz bottle and the aloe was $4 for a 4oz tube. I actually figured with these numbers, the recipe is actually cheaper than what I was using previously. It is easy to make, just mix the ingredients in a bottle and shake until it is homogenous. At these prices, one gallon would cost about $30 to produce. A whole gallon (164 oz.) would last one hell of a long time (maybe six months). I will see how long the 4oz I made lasts, and come up with a definite time-frame for how long a gallon would last.
The lube lasted for a whole 500 jelqs today without needing another application. I had to reapply after 200 jelqs at first, but the second application lasted 500 and was still going strong when I stopped there.
Let me break down what each ingredient is good for. The olive oil is the base and MVP of the formula (again, you could probably use any cooking oil for this purpose). However, alone, you must reapply every 100 jelqs or so. Also, you must use a very liberal amount to prevent it from drying up.
Glycerine adds thickness to the formula. It cannot be used alone, because it gets sticky almost like maple syrup. Essential for making the formula long-lasting, though.
Aloe vera is probably the least important ingredient, and could maybe be done without. I think it adds a nice benefit as it soothes the skin (which can get irritated after a good girth workout) and heals and conditions. By itself, it is about as useless as water for a jelq lube. In the combination, it adds a health benefit to the skin.
Other ingredients I am considering adding to the formula are jojoba oil, clary sage, lemongrass, and rosemary. The jojoba oil supposedly has been reported to add girth to the penis by being absorbed by the skin and/or deep tissues. I have yet to try this. The other ingredients (rosemary, lemongrass, clary sage) are part of a thrombosed-vein prevention/elimination combination posted on this forum, and if they can improve circulation for treating a thrombosed vein, maybe they will be good in this formula. I will adjust the ingredients and try to tweak the formula, which may take some time, so be patient if you are waiting on my final formula. In the meantime, try the olive oil, glycerine, and aloe combination. Remember, if you are going for the non-toxic alternative to other jelq lubes, make sure the ingredients you buy are 100% pure and preferably organic.
