Any help with being Flacid?

Hey one and all. I have a few questions about all of this. I'm interested in at least gaining maybe an inch or so. I'm at about 6.5" x 4.5". First question, what's a kegal? Does a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penis pump[/words] actually work or does it just help? And I would like to have a longer looking flacid tool. Can anyone help? Well the p.e. in general should help with the flaccid size, plus avoiding caffeine and keeping higher testosterone levels. From personal experience pumps cause a temporary increase in size, as for long term I'm not sure. The kegel is your best friend learn about it from
here and here.

Regardless of what method you use (but I'm not familiar with pumping) some of the first gains you'll see with be flaccid, normally.
