I used only once since I had to go outstation the next day....what an awesome experience. I'm back now so gonna use it again. My plan is to learn and get the hang of it first before going to into a real routine.

I don't pay too much mind to the exact pressure, I try to go maximum for 5-10 minutes to prime myself for Slow Squash Jelqs. I guess the max for anyone would be where it is bring the best expansion without causing issues like blisters and bruising.
