Yeah you put the long blue sleeve on and put the yellow cap around the head. The yellow cap keeps the dick in place and prevents turtling into the blue sleeve so the penis is kept extended. I actually like this system b/c its so easy to put on. Be careful with the yellow cap b/c it tears incredibly easy. Mine already ripped after 2-3 months of use and I ended up using a compression sleeve (?) in its place.

I have this anti turtle sleeve too. I would say it stops me from turtling under 65% of my normal flasid size. The only thing I'm wondering about is how much blood flow does it stop. I never have any kind of problem with blood flow at all, but it has to stop some, sense it does hug tightly all around the penis shaft and head. To give you an example of how tight it is.. you can take a piss with it on, but its kinda like taking a piss with an erection, you can do it, but its not very easy.

Has any used this long term?

As a side note. I used this to recover from a blister I got on the head of my dick. It was really great for keeping the bandage on my dick while I slept and got night time erections. I'd say its worth having around just in case you do get a blister, which I hope you never ever do ever.

Anyways, I think I'm going to start using this now after my hanging sessions to build up some data on this product.

The longest time I had it on in one sitting was 3 hours. I would say 1-2 hours wouldn't hurt...but your penis will be cold afterwards so you know that it does impede blood flow since blood distributes heat.

It's not really a system, but an addition to the autoextender line. I've got the 1st and 2nd vac-extender editions and this was part of one of the packages you can purchase. It works really well, as long as you understand that it's an anti-turtle sleeve and not a device to actively increase the length of your penis. There's not a lot of tension in the sleeve, as it's made out of extremely soft silicone and is very easy to tear. It won't prevent any blood flow in or out of the penis, as I've gotten erection with it on which can really stretch out the silicone. It will return to it's normal shape but it's still best to avoid getting an erection, or if you find yourself getting one remove it as quickly as you can. It also makes a great wrap for wearing under the bib. I fold mine in half, so it's doubled up basically and wear it as a warp for the under the bib. leaves my skin very nice.

If you don't have one, it's kinda like those sticky hand you buy in the 25 cent machines for kids. The ones with the sticky hand with the long stick rope so they can swing it till it grabs something. I feels like that but no where near as sticky.

I think hanging weights on your dick is dangerous. Not only can you damage it, but you can also end up with erectile dysfunction.
