Another plateau thread: help really appreciated

So... I think I reached my first plateau. :(

Gains were easily coming till I injured myself and had to stop stretching for 5 days or so. After this and I'm don't know why I couldn't gain a single centimetre (0.04 inches).

I increased the overall stretching time, tried for more reps and less holding time, vice-versa, everything, and nothing worked. Switched to A-Streches and in a few days I gained 0.2 centimetres BUT, again, the gains stucked and after 2 weeks, nothing else.

In the meantime I started gaining girth like crazy (like 0.2 centimetres per week) which I almost wasn't gaining in my first months of Penis Enlargement.

So, guys, what do you think I should do?

Should I stop JUST my length training for a couple of weeks and then restart from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] or should I stop my girth and length workouts?

Or - what do you think I should do anyway? I don't want to stop gaining girth even if I have to keep stretching for nothing to get those gains going.

Are you sticking to the same routine longer than a week? If your not I think you are sabatoging yourself by not being consistant. Penis Enlargement take much time, and much much more patience.
 
After 2/3 weeks of no gains with the simples manual stretches I switched to the A-Stretch and still no gains after another 2 weeks. : /

From my observation you have made newbie gains, which most of us make rather quickly. Then were like WTF I can't gain for shit. Expecting to gain every 2 weeks is not realistic. You have to say consistant and patient during your Penis Enlargement journey, or you will not be successful.

I suggest that you stop measuring so frequently. This can be a major stumbling block to you mentally. Pick a routine and stick with it for 2 months, be consistant with it. Then measure, if you dont gain then tweek your routine and do it all again. You must be patient peorid.


Some of us bust are ass for 3 months with no gains, then all of a sudden gain like 1/4 all of a sudden. While others will see SLOW steady gains throughout thier Penis Enlargement career. I wish I could gain every 2 weeks, I'd be freaky huge, but that is not the reality of it. To gain inches you have to stay commited and relize that Penis Enlargement is a slow process that can take years to complete.
 
Yep, totally thought the same from your post.....what crazyed said is spot on. I have gone a whole two months busting my ass and nuthin, it's a shitty feeling. Don't let the ruler rule ya man, expecting to gain every 2 weeks is not realistic. You had to of experienced newboe gains cuz gaining at this rate, everybody would be huge, the penis is a little more resistent than that for sure, takes a ton of work and diligence to gain a significant amount no way around that
 
Thank you guys for your replies but don't you think that 2 months with no gains means something's wrong? I mean... 60 days of pulling with no gains, something it's just not working.

DLD suggests to measure once a week and it's been 2 months now with no gains... don't you think that a couple of weeks off should help?

DLD said, "it is best to measure once a week for your BP flaccid length as this will help you see gains in length before they become erect gains."

I agree 2 months w/o gains means to change up your routine. Take a rest (5-7days), come back with a more intensed routine. Set your goals, make your plans and take action. Stay focused...

I was referring EXACTLY to that phrase of DLD. :)

I'm not sure for how long I'll take off stretching, now, I guess I will take 2 weeks off. Do you think I should keep jelqing in the meantime or stop every Penis Enlargement?
