The wrap is made of very soft silicone-like material that stretches easily. The velcro straps that come with it also stretch.

I've been wearing the SS as both a stretcher and as a static wrap and i've even wore it overnight with no discomfort. Prior to actually wearing it overnight, i wore it and got myself erect and was really surprised to see it expand with my erection.

That's pretty tight. Do you walk around with that thing on?
 
I used to do this.. except I'd hang it over my shoulder and I'd tuck the wire under my bed so my bodyweight holds it in place. It's actually pretty comfortable.. but I stopped doing it.. I believe at night it's better to let your dick rest, and torture it during the day. ;)

I typically only wear the stretcher while at home (evenings and weekend) wearing baggy shorts so my daughter doesn't notice it and i wear the Staticwrap during work and after i do my routine at night.

You can get any vacuum hanging product to do this. I chose to go with TheGRIP. In that picture is a weight-attachment sleeve with two g-flex sleeves, a velcro wrap, and a not-too-tight jelly cockring. The cockring is to hold the wrap because the velcro is dead. You can also make these pretty easily out of acupuncture tubes and latex gloves. A key reel is all you need to stretch it.

With loose shorts, you can wear the stretcher all day without anyone noticing it.
