Hey guys, im 2.5 months into the PE and i have a few questions.
1. Can PF replace manual "newbie" stretches?
2. I had a slight injury 2 weeks ago -overtrained and had some slight bruises . What creme can i use to speed up the healing ?
3.Bathmate seems to lose suction when on medium-high preassure but i cant see from where,is it a valve maybe..

No cream necessary to heal a bruise, simple allow it to yellow before training girth again. Using Hydrocortisone cream is a great preventive method and should be used once daily to keep skin in good shape. Bacitracin is what is used when there is an open cut. With a decent warmup-down you should not see bruising.

I will start again doing manual stretching but i will go slow now-dont want to get injured again.I dont seem to lose any suction now so im good . I still have one question - is it enough on [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] to put it on high green-low yellow and active stretching or should get to mid yellow?
For healing i put it on very low green because i sleep with it then and if i get more tension i will wake up few times which is not good :/
