Here are a few that I have read and like:

1) Have a retail store and sell items like capt wench, power stretcher, cable clamps(Im pretty sure people in foreign countries would like the option to buy cable clamps through this site.) etc...

2) Include the tshirt website that gives money to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] when people purchase tshirts.(Im2mackin's idea)

3) Have a $5 charge every 6 months or so for every member. Many other ways to distribute this charge.

4)Sell vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] at a lower cost and get more money from more sales.

A couple that I have thought of:

5) Sell tshirts that say "Club 7", "Club 8", "Club 9" and on a very limited basis "Billy CLUB 10". They are very unobvious, can be worn anywhere(secretly snickering the whole time wearing it) and I think members would buy them when they hit that goal.

6) When members sign up have a box that asks if they want to contribute a few bucks a month.

7)Limit the adult entertainment section to people that donate. Whether it be $2 or $200, as long as it is a donation.

Im sure we have some people here that will have some better ideas than these. Im just hoping that there are alot of them. DLD is a damn nice guy and personally I would like to see him making more money and not having to stress about it. Stress = lack of growth

I like all the ideas except for #3. While I think it's fine to limit the high bandwidth access (adult entertainment) to the freebies, I think that charging everyone would push a lot of folks back to Th*nd3rs and peforum

Ok...a few questions and comments.

In my opinion, if DLD can run some retail items or the shirts( I like the 7-10 club
idea BTW) to help cost and that would be cool. Maybe even matching hats or coffee
mugs or other things.


This question of a 5 dollar charge every 6 months or so. Would that apply to even paid subscribers? If so, I don't think that would be fair.

Maybe have certain sections JUST for subscribers. In my opinion, we deserve a little more than just the "free" guys any way. As far as that goes...if the decision is made to run retail items, have like 5-10 bucks or %(depending on the item) for subscribers.
My point being is not just to sell some things to get some money coming in, but also to stop giving away so much for the "free" area.
 
All of my thoughts are just that, thoughts... There is of course nothing set in stone. I just want to open up the ideas and hope to get more ideas coming out.

#3 may not work, but Im sure there is a way to make money on it.

yea that inch club shirt is a bomb idea. I actually had a dream a while back where I reached 8 inches in length, then wore a shirt around that said "8 Inch Club" on the front. All the ladies were lookin :D....

and sections for the paying members only would be good too... it would only work for the adult entertainment section though

NO, I agree I think that once you pay the membership fee, it should be like it is now, all access included.
 
I am assuming DLD doesn't have his own server. If he did or does a good way that people would want to pay for the adult entertainment section would be to have a couple full movies a week or something. I would be able to give access so that there would be a few movies or just scenes in there and such. Guys could watch them as they did their routines.

Also I had proposed this many months ago to another MOD before I was one. I suggested that if you kept all related items to Penis Enlargement close like in a circle of sites you could make more money. Anything from Penis Enlargement devices to supplements to medicines and adult entertainment. If they were all linked together it would be easy for a customer to navigate through and make a few purchases. Most people who are looking for a adult entertainment site with full movies are going to take interest in Penis Enlargement/Penis Enlargement devices and Viagra and things like Horny goat weed. Although my idea didn't ever get anywhere.

It's ridiculous how little people give. If DLD was selling dick by the inch for $200 a pop, people would pay it - why? Because what people learn here literally changes lives DRASTICALLY. It's truly priceless, but some feel the need to take what they want and refuse to give back.

Forcing people to pay is not a great idea, perhaps some of the greatest contributors haven't donated. Not everyone has the money, though everyone deserves the info. Though, you would think if people have computers, high speed internet, digital cameras, Bib Hangers, pumps, pills, etc. they could fork out a few bucks to help the forum that has helped them so much.

I think selling things is a fine idea - I personally don't need to be sold anything. I'll be giving every time I have $5 to give.
 
How about a 'dream date' auction? We can auction DLD off to some lucky black lady with a big ass? Surely some ladies would pay for a night with DLD?? ;)
 
I think membership should ultimately be free, for everyone whose just genuinely interested in Penis Enlargement. Revenue can be generated through specialty memberships perhaps, access to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] excercise site, special discussion sections of the forum, name tags, etc. Look at DNForum.com as an example of paid membership forum.
 
Jakb had some great ideas! I especially like the t-shirt idea and the Penis Enlargement equipment store (cable clamps, capn's wenches etc)... I would sure as hell buy a Club8 t-shirt upon reaching my goal! But then again, that would require me to to change my goal accordingly. :D

man I think the shirts idea is a garantee sale. I mean what guy especially right after he realized his gains wouldn't run out and buy a shirt like that? Also I think some of the other ideas like capt 'n wench and so could be sold at a fair price and make some fair money for the site. That coupled with DLD's rep. in the Penis Enlargement world and even more so here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] would in my opinion be a great combo.

I dont think the product is wrong, I think it is the price. If those things sold for $100, they would be selling like crazy but $300 is steep.

So, DLD what do you think of some of these ideas? Can you make any of them work?
 
I think a Penis Enlargement store would be a GREAT idea. Wenches, clamps, theraband, medical tape (for the FR guys), etc.
 
A few of my ideas

1)T shirts, but I have a slightly different take. They could be like regular T shirts but would have a very subtle [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] lon them. No one would know what it meant, they would think it was a brand name, company name, initials, monogram, ect... BUT, it would be like a secret way to identify with another member. Think about it, you see someone wearing the shirt and you know they are a member and can feel confident discussing Penis Enlargement with them. I mean, the chances are slim, but they are still out there. "Club 8" or something like that isn't good in my opinion, it isn't too subtle, people will assume its some kind of size refenence, or at the very least they will ask what it means and listen to the crickets chirp as you try to come up with a response.

2)I think that mandatory charges for any of the sections on this forum is both a wrong and b not such a hot idea. I mean, this is a free forum, it is separate from the paysite, and I don't think we can force people to pay for it. If this info is going to be VIP, paying members only, just fucking tack it onto the members section of the paysite b/c that would be no different. It annoys the fuck out of me when people talk of charging people for a free forum. PLUS, this will only open up a proverbial can of worms with all the haters at Th*nd3rs and such. It will take away a lot of the credibility with DLD/MOS. Some of the people are saying just to charge for the adult entertainment, all the Penis Enlargement info will be free, so you can get everything you need and only pay a little extra for the adult entertainment. Wrong again. DLD has posted on numerous occasion that his main form of advertising this place to new members is via the adult entertainment. So if we only make that for paying members we kill the volume of incoming members, the new potential donators, and eventually the forum itself.

I have a potential solution to that. Maybe a few of the true Penis Enlargement legends here such as DLD/SWM/REDZULU2003/Skepdick/Kong could offer their time and have like a Penis Enlargement personal mentor/consultation program (OK, sorry, I tried to throw my name in there all subtle as if I am one of the legends , lol, I am only kidding myself). Members could give a donation of their choice and in return these Penis Enlargement legends could offer 1-on-1 consultations and shit. I mean, we would have to ask these guys if they would be willing to give their time and such, but I think there might be substantial interestest for this, just an idea. I definately think its much more legitamate than charging to use the Free Pe forum.
 
Maybe a raffle/lottery or some type of competition that would be a small cost to enter, with prizes and some procedes benefitting the site. I don't know how to structure such a thing, but the general concept seems doable in my mind.
 
running with the whole raffle idea isn't bad. like 1 idea for that is maybe raffle a paid membership for new people to the site or people who haven't done it yet like once a month or every couple months. and because DLD takes paypal it would have to be at least like $3-$5 or more per entery becuase they trim some off the top for playing middle man.

The product isn't wrong, as I'm certain many of us want it. But thats more than what I make in a week, and also more than my rent payment. I posted a thread in the product section about an idea for making it less expensive, I'm not sure if you caught it or not.

There is no way we can charge forum members as [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] is a free forum, we are really dependent on donations. Usually I am able to pay the deficit with pay site joins but that has been very slow and I can't always depend on it. The problem with charging for the adult entertainment section is most of our new members come from that section. I realize Penis Enlargement is a difficult thing for men to believe so I think the adult entertainment gives them another reason to hang out at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] and in time they will try out the Penis Enlargement. Ultimately the goal is only to pay the bills and maybe have some left over funds for board improvements. I love [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] but sometimes it is literally at choice between paying my cable bill or the server bill. Perhaps the raffle is a good idea, is this legal? The banner idea may still be a good one if we get the right product. The problems with the Vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is we are supposed to make a good affiliation fee and I am all game for giving discounted versions but what if they don't pay? The internet is a risk and trust is something that is hard to come by. I love the ideas, hopefully this brain storming will give us a good option.

I also like the raffle idea, Im sure raffles can be legal, maybe someone here will have a better idea if they are or not.
 
and places like peweights.com ould give ya some good ideas. and I can't remember the other site but I think it was from a member here as they had many products and ideas that the were selling you could find here.
 
After thinking about it, WHY O WHY would you have shirts, but not have a place on this site advertising shirts for sale? I would think that you would want to have a permanent advertisement for shirts for sale until they were gone. Even if that took a long time.

As for the discount idea, I suppose someone could be a guinea pig if they are willing to go for it. And you can just wait to see if you get your affiliate return before applying the discount to the member who made the purchase. If I can get my credit card payed off pretty soon I may be willing to be the test subject for it. I'd also like to donate some money next week, as this week my entire check goes to the land lord :P I understand the cost involved in running something like this, and it's a great resource, so you deserve help with it.

The store is a definite idea I am thinking about. We have the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] coming soon, clamps, shirts, maybe some of the more popular penis pills and products we could carry. I think it has good potential.

If we make that much of a profit and the company really pays I would have no problem giving a rebate on the item.

Every charity imaginable seems to be in the raffle business, at some point. I doubt they all have high-priced lawyers writing the terms and conditions. They are probably pretty standard and you could likely get them from other raffles and adding your own words. There probably is no real concern over the legality and I highly doubt you'd get caught. I can't imagine an attorney general is out there scrutinizing our site.

If the Vimax discount appeals to you, work it directly through Vimax, not individual members. If your commission is 50% (which I doubt) sell them on the idea of offering $100 off to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forum members and just send you the remaining $50. If you do it any other way, you might not get credited and you'll be having forum members PMing you asking where their rebates are.
 
I would just get rid of the Porno Paradise section or just make adult entertainment available to pay members only. All that adult entertainment must take up a hella lot of bandwidth. When I click new posts it seems to be more adult entertainment than Penis Enlargement. This is a Penis Enlargement forum after all.

That was the first thing I noticed when I went there. Then I scoured around and found the large affiliate payout. A 67% affiliate payout is ridiculously high unless of course your product is hard enough trying to sell on your own. Mine is at 40% and people say that is too high so I dunno.

It could be bogus, but maybe not. Contraptions such as the Vimax are extremely high profit. Just look at the device. How much went into making it with the plastic, rods, case, extra parts, etc.? Probably in the ballpark of $25. Dare we say that Penis Enlargement is a competitive industry that the public is soured on with all the bullshit spam we've gotten for years. The bottom line is that most such product expenses are largely marketing. If someone else can do all that work for you, then just take your $100 minus $25 costs and deposit your $75 net without ever sweating it.

Shit I like the t shirt idea, but if it won't actually raise money in the end then what can you do?

The store should be the primary thing to focus on. If a multitude of Penis Enlargement and misc. products were available from someone like DLD or affiliated with a reputable site such as this in time it would be a successful journey. Maybe after a while though the people who have donated the most could then be offered discounts available only to them based on how much they have contributed. ?? I don't know.

I love the shirt idea though like I said and I'd like to see a shirt made up with all the primary posters and legends on the back of a shirt.

Another idea to make some money for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. A competition to see who can make the most gains over say a month. (maybe more). Costs $5 to enter and the winner gets 1 year subscription to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. The competitors have to suBathmateit 2 measurement pictures at the start (1 girth, 1 length), 2 in the middle (after 2 weeks), and 2 at the end. The results could be judged by DLD to determine a winner. The length gains added to the girth gains equal the overall gains. The prize could even be a one of a kind [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] t-shirt instead of a membership. Now that would be an exclusive club. Forget about Ferrari owners club, this would be in a different league. We could do two competitions a year. A bonus from this would be added gaining motivation. Nothing like some light hearted competition to get the gaining going. What does everyone think? Would you take part in such a competition?
 
If you think you know of something that could contribute some money, do some research on it. Find the website and see if they offer an affiliate program.

I can think of a couple things members here are always asking about. Once you are an affiliate to that program maybe have a link in your sig and give a percentage of that money to donations. That is if we would be able to put Ad's in our sigs.

People will see the ad's in your signatures a lot more than they would see the banners. When things get branded in your head you will eventually check them out especially if it is helping the forum.
 
I like all of these ideas, they are some good ones. Here is another one posted in another thread. I personally dont quite know what I think about it, but it is still a marketable idea.
