When I work my abs, my junk retracts. I am not sure if this is a common occurrence or not. If so, has anyone ever experimented with laying on their back with weights or a pump pulling their stuff while doing ab exercises?
My thinking is if you can pull on your penis while having ab exercises pull the penis inside of the body, there could be a good stretch involved. Anyone have some insight?
