Step 2. When you need to go to the bathroom, do 3, 30 second stretches of your choice.
Step 3. Return to Step 1 straightway.


I do this 4 or 5 times a day at the moment. Great to supplement your normal Penis Enlargement routine or if you're having a busy day or you're having problems sticking to a routine. Water is always good for you. This should definitely increase flaccid hang.

Cool, I'll give that a go! I drink way too much coffee which more than likley makes my hang smaller!

very good idea, we need more stuff like this posted here. The nature of my job doesn't allow me to take too many breaks, but this would be great for most people. Doing this will also keep your mind thinking about Penis Enlargement, which might help keep you on track with a regular routine.

Water is always good. I drink plenty. I don't think Ginkgo Biloba is a bad idea either. I use it. Its supposed to increase blood flow and give you more energy. I think it may increase load size and maybe increase in sex drive as well.

2 Quick questions. When you need to go the br which is step 2.. do you do the stretches while you still gotta piss bad and then after the stretches you drink and let it go?

and have you made any pretty decent gains off of this?

I always pee first, but I wouldn't know the difference, it's not to be a 'set in stone' thing it's just one good thing that leads to another that leads back to the first.

Only been doing it about 4 or 5 days mate - noticed a larger flaccid hang!
 
another little tip :-

every morning go for a quick run, maybe 5 - 10 mins.
this will kick start your circulation for the day, and you will definitely feel better for doing it, both fitness wise and Penis Enlargement wise
 
Obviously, water has a number of all-round health benefits and many people I know neglect their hydration needs. Linking the water consumption with Penis Enlargement like this can only be a positive benefit, as one kinda reminds you and obligates you to the other.
 
Just remember not to go overboard with water intake,to much can strip essential salts from the body in severe cases leading to coma or death,best rule of thumb is to carry a bottle of water about with you and takes small drinks from.

plus if you drink 5 litres of water in one minute - your body drowns and you die <- something i heard ages ago, not backed up by fact....:s
 
Good advice Prince Albert, I don't think it would get to that extreme though... I think my record for this is like 5 times, 5 pints of water a day is cool...
 
Maybe I just have a large bladder, but 16oz. of water isn't enough to make me piss. If you are like me, up that amount to 24oz. or even 32oz. But then you would also have to cut the sets in half to avoid overworking those kidneys ;)

This seems to be a little known fact. Even an M.D. friend of mine once told me in an e-mail that it was impossible to overdo it on water, which is NOT true.

For the average person, there is little danger of too much water. I have, on a couple of occasions drank over 40 glasses in a day. I think you can consume a great amount if you just spread out and keeping pissing throughout the day (meaning you have great cause for alarm if you're not pissing enough). Anyway, I am a believe in a minimum of at least one gallon per day, which is something my neighbor taught me years ago when trying to lose weight.

In case anoyone's wondering, I still haven't missed a session this year. That's everytime I've been to the the bathroom - 1.5 minutes of stretching.

It'll be interesting to see what the results of this are come mid-march when I measure, considering this will be the only length work I have done since the last measurement...:)

We had a kid pledging in a fraternity here in the U.S. die from a high water intake initiation ritual of some sorts. Probably happened about a year ago or so.
 
Righty, so far I've missed 3 sessions this year, gonna make them up over the next few days though... is anyone else doing it? What do you reckon? My flaccid hang is definitely bigger, I reckon at least 0.25"...

SAince we contain so much water, naturally in the body, we naturally respond to water. Remember took much water can drown a man, not enough kills him, with that much power I would say water plays a big roll in growth.

You can also do pocket stretches too. Put your hand in your pocket and grab and stretch the penis while sitting or standing. This can be done in times when you are extremely busy.

I did these always. I cut the pocket out so I had total ability to do these stretches
