I've always been on the greater side (hover between 6/6.2) for girth but to get that magical "7" is tough! especially to cement the gains. I've been into P.E for a while. Not hardcore but more on the fun side, I would never want to cause harm to my penis as it's helped me so much. 8 in length and 7 in girth would be considered great for me. (also an achievement) In regards to my rountine its about 40/45min in total.. 5/10 mins warm up, 5 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], 5 jelq, 5 in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], 5 jelq, 5 in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and 5 Jelq.

I try not to push more past this due to time and not damaging the penis as you only get one! Currently have a BMx40 just the manual one. soon as i finish i put a cut "flaccid jacket on" Like a cock ring (ha dont kill me)

Today for the first time in a while I took a picture (shy face)

Would love some feedback and people's experience.. what i can change up.. one thing I've learnt is jelqing is amazing..

So far your routine is solid if this is the first time you're doing PE and want to gain some girth. You say you're not new so what length exercises have you done already, when did you start doing PE, and would you like a routine made for you for length?
 
Unfortunately, (i know this is bad :() its been on and off.. probably the worse thing you can do but i'm going to try a routine of one day on and one day off. I started about 2 years ago.. maybe in total of half a years worth of PE i'd say. In regards for length exercises the nearest thing i did was stretch my penis in a silicone jacket for periods of time ..I'm an open book and willing to learn anything! thanks for you help

Oh thats totally fine. Well first off what stats BPEL and EG did you start with? and what are you now? ( I need to determine what type of routine to recommend)

Well don't take too much on TNA, one day on and one day off is just fine. Putting together a good routine can start with reading through the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] Routine, both give incredible direction. After going through that put together something you think you can handle and we will weigh in for you. Also start a progress thread and list your routine, stats and goals, this will really help us help you.

I prob started with 7 and now about 7.2/3 in length and girth has remained 6/6.2

my ideal goal would be an inch in length and an inch in girth to be 8 by 7

Listen to DLD. Follow his advice for now, if you've already done those routines let us know to help you create a new one

Yes I will and so will others help in this. You are already massive and it looks like you do not need too much to get to your goals. If you like I could write the routine fore you. You have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] is there any other tools you have? How much time do you have to dedicate? 7" of girth is massive and it will take a good effort but I believe you can get there with the right routine.

honestly at the moment i spend a max of 45mins a day on and off for PE, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] is the only tool i have and stored away discreetly. It's interesting its a small goal but take a while to get to.

I warm up = 5 mins
