180 degree twisted stretching in extender

What is everybodys opinion on doing this? I have a fastsize [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with modified vac head attachment which allows you to get pretty creative about how you stretch. From I think it would be referred to as a V- stretch where you place something underneath or on top of the bars about midway of the shaft or as close to the base as can be done to twisted extension. Ive dabbled with both before but never was that thourough with it to notice any significant change besides fatigue and wondered what kind of things it would be targeting and if anybody thought this was a good or bad idea!

As a "done with your hand(s)", manual pe exercise, no problem in my thinking, but twisting it & holding it stretched in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], IMHO, seems too agressive.

Known as Bundled Stretches. Not sure how these would work in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Obvious safety hazards.

what about the extended v strech? ive seen [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] sold with a v stretch accessory, so I would figure it would be completely common to do this exercise? has anyone else experimented with either of what im talking about and shown any results either negative or positive? and what exactly is it im targeting with each of these workouts?

exiled..you still doing them?
I tried them today in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and 180° and 360° felt good. Tough I wouldnt go for too long and more twist. But they seem to be a great addition to other exercise.
