1/2 an hourjelqing for lenght and 1/2 hour for girth?

Would that make sense? 1/2 an hour at lower erection level and relatively fast and then 1/2 an hour relatively slow at 90-95% erection?

I do gain lenght due to jelqing (if at lower erection%). I know because I was not stretching for a while and did gain. But would this make sense or will it be to much for my dick to handle.
I'm also gonna throw the stretches back in (I wasn't able to do them temporarily).

I've already some months of jelqing under my belt but as I'm still gaining I'll wait some time with the more experienced exercises for now.
 
My opinion has always been 100% training allows for 110% gains. If you train at 80 and gain 20 you are at square one, but if you start at 100 and hit 120 you got something. Just be careful.
 
this is just me but I do supra slammers for girth and jelqing to improve blood vessels and flow. To gain length I hang and I kegel for rock hard erections.
 
jelqing is the only thing i have every really done and i have had mad gains 1 1/2 in less then six mouths. i always do 1/2 hour sometimes i go for 40 mins. i find it easier at a lower erection level. 60% to 90% is where i've had my gains, after every jelq i kegel so as i am pushing/getting as much blood in as possible(dld ballon theory at work there). when at a lower erection level (80%) with a firm grip you get a good stretch going that combined with constant blood coming in is what i think has lead to my gains. though for at least 3 mins of that 1/2 an hour im at 100% percent to mix it up and to work every bit of the penis

everyones dick is different just like everyones body is different you've just got to find something that works and stick to. if what you doing now is working, then keep at it
