My libido and EQ has been awful lately. Was out last Saturday and this girl was really digging me. She was definitely attractive and normally I would have been all over her, but for some reason my sexual interest was just not there. I have decided to kick �naked people movies� to the curb for the foreseeable future. I do believe I big portion of this is psychological, but I feel something else is going on.

I am 27 years old, an avid weight lifter and have a decent diet. I am not overly stressed either.

I searched this forum and saw tons of different advice for guys with similar issues. I am thinking a combo of kegels, no �naked people movies� and possibly a supplement to help get me back on the right track. I tried a supplement called Endurnz (no I don't work for them) a few months ago and that got me pretty hard when I was with this chick one night. I don't want to rely on that kind of stuff, but maybe something to help take the edge off for a few weeks and get my confidence back.

Anyone with a similar experience find something or do something that really helped? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, someone gave me a couple of samples of Aspire 36 awhile ago. Heard good things, but the pills are expired now so I'm not sure if it is worth even taking them.

Jelqing is also a very good for increased blood flow to the penis which will aid in stronger, harder erections. The Bathmate is another tool that will also promote the same. Kegels will be your best strategy though, strong pelvic floor muscles mean stronger erections.
 
Thanks DLD. I have done Penis Enlargement on and off for awhile. I think I am really going to dedicate myself to it. Just like working out. I want to slowly ease back into it though.

I have just started jelqing again for 1 week i started slow at 30 jelqs a day then every day increased jelqs by 10 I'm now up to 80 jelqs a day I'm not sure what ill work up to,but every morning I'm waking up with a erection.

Morning erections are something a lot of men see as a gain. 80 jelqs you are doing, how long is each stroke? A good beginners routine usually starts with 300 jelqs, each about 1 second long. Please let me know.

I take about 2 seconds each stroke i'm up to 100 jelqs a day now.i'm doing exercises that concentrate on the tunica i jelq to finish off the workout and am usually fatigued by the end so stop not to overdue it.
My routine is up in the members routine section check it out see what you think.
