Please advice - routine and progress

Well your always going to see temporary growth when doing girth work so it is important that you use a cock ring to keep that temporary girth as long as possible as this will cement your girth in the fastest way.
Yes I know but say after 15 hours prior to new workout you might experience reduced girth ?
 
If your daily girth workout is always intense you will lose girth all the time without understanding if you gained ?

What a brother should be awared more is the non-expansion or non-elongation after a work out routine. If there is very tiny amount of expansion or elongation, the progress of gains still exist.

If you keep at it for weeks on end and there's absolutely no expansion or elongation of any kind, that is a concern of a hard gainer symptom.

Monday: 20 mins ssj or clamping (4 set 5 mins each) 15 mins pumping. Expansion after this: 0.50'
Cockring 30 minutes
Expansion after 4 hours: 0.35'
Expansion after 12 hours: 0.10'

Tuesday: same routine
Expansion after routine: same as Monday
Expansion after 4 hours: 0.30'
Expansion after 12 hours: 0.05'

Wednesday : same routine
Expansion after routine: 0.40'
Expansion after 4 hours: 0.20'
Expansion after 12 hours: gone:: penis might be thinner in flaccid state or even in erect state

Thursday: same routine
Expansion after routine: 0.35'
Expansion after 4 hours: 0.10'
Everything else same as Wednesday

This is what happens to me.
 
This looks good but I would work pumping and SSJ together as in SRT using the 5x5x3. This brings the greatest expansion out of any other girth routine.

What i don't understand is what proves you are on the right track. How much time should an expansion hold. Why after 3 days of PE my overall girth is smaller. Is this normal? Is there an error?

Let's stop here. Two days in a row, and I know you like to pursue miminal edema as possible, but the 0.5in or 0.5" (not 0.5' or 0.5 foot) is a combination of lingering fluid retention. Reduction of expansion after 4 hours is due to tissue rigidity trying to claim the elastic pre-condition back. After 12 hours, you only have 0.1in left. If you look at the larger scheme of thing, your expansion is still phenomenal, but your penile elasticity is much more rigid than most. I'm thinking at this point in time, how about trying brother @Haursen method for a few weeks? His elasticity is less rigid than yours, but his recent approach appears to provide a more rigorous approach with less tissue rigidity restoration. This is due to your specific age range and resilient to drastic changes. It's part of your DNA protective coding.

I'm thinking the same way as brother @Growing4Squirting in employing hydro-thermal induction for longer and deeper penetration in between each set. I'm also thinking about your needs for constant thermal influences after each routine throughout the day non-stop to keep the tissues malleable. Something like a low current electrical warmer similar for gloves. Aside from that, if you don't want thermal devices, we have to use somekind of thermal insulation for your penis while keeping it as long of a flaccid state as possible, while forcing the penis to have as much blood in it throughout the day. That means you have to wear a 70% restrictive ring all day.

My worries is the fluid buildup from the all day long restrictive blood flow. Anything past 3 hours, the fluid tend to collect in the fascias because the lymphatic drainage nodes are compressed. The only way around such method is to use a loose and rigid penis sleeve with theraband on each end to keep the traction for the penis to stretch, while a light thermal wrapping around the entire penis to keep it warm.

as an experiment i don't recommend hot air, it dries up the skin and hurts when stretching, warm water does wonder and as you said, it heats deepy the tissues.

There is a diy thermal low current blanket that can be used to keep the heat all days long
or simply the self heating patches that produce heat chemically.
I might try one as just under my kegel muscles to see the effectiveness.

My 0.50' expansion is before edema. The only day I have edema is after 2 days of resting. Else I do not have at all.

My 0.50' expansion is before edema. The only day I have edema is after 2 days of resting. Else I do not have at all.

That's what I thought. I know you too well at this point.

So, what do I do?

We have to find a way in reducing the amount of tissue rigidity before and after your routines. I don't know exactly what can and cannot be used in your regions, but let's find the peptides, supplements, and application of direct solutions (mechanical or injection).

So far, our brother @trustr1 is using a home-base radial LiST device. You use the focused device at the clinic earlier, but a continuation of tissue rigidity reducer is required. Look at the inhibitor above to see if you can obtain in your region. If not, home-base LiST. Another of our brothers is using a home-based ultra sound for a fraction of the cost over the LiST. How well it functions over the LiST, that is still being determined. However, that ultrasound goes as high as 120MHz. That is crazy high, but it's also advantage for various other muscle group types beside penile.


So, time to find a method to keep the tissues soft, by heat, chemical cocktails, or mechanical. Costs coming into your region may expect to be high due to current political nightmares.
 
If I have to do ultrasound therapy or piezowave I do not care going to therapist and pay. My problem is if it is needed daily which will get me out of my daily work pe balanced plan.

After my PE sessions, using cockring, my penis is flaccid but fully engorged (but not warm). The thing is...how to make this expansion permanent !

After any routines, expansion will be permanent in die time. For the routines, the expansion is always temporary, either be a few hours to a few days. If you are lucky, a few days. If not, a few hours. The key iof hope is there is expansion. Expansion on any level is expansion. As you have already experienced, expansion daily accumulates to long term expansion. Hard gainers like you and a few other may need the intermittent break for the tissues to adopt the new expansion gains and cement before it allows you to continue with new observable expansions. This is PE sciences. No two people are the same on all levels.

But, we are looking at hyper expansion promotion at longer period of time. This may involve in longer erectile period. This is to mimick when you are younger. So far, two brothers in this forum is going through the late stages of unique growth. I'll let them chime in based on their personal privacy preferences. One is gaining like a phenom through this method.

The others are progressing as they should by using thermal insulation and isolation at core temp. In other words, they keep their penises close to their body to use body heat as a means of thermal influence. They also wrap and strap along their inner thighs. Something to think about.
 
Today i got air clamp python and used it for the first time. Up to 13inHG. Didn't feel too much pressure by that.
I tried to expiriment with it as doing the first step of SSJ, only by the clamp instead of the hand grip. Just moving the clamp up towards my glans for an inch. Felt similar to what i have done with my hand grip on top of my toe shields but actually felt not as good.

After, i did 10min LIST.

Not sure why but i feeling now like pee is trying to run out non intentionally. Even after i went to the bathroom. It happens again now. But i could not pee again because i already empty. So i guess it's local sensation.
Not sure if that caused by the clamp, the LIST, or the mix of both.
In any case i hope it will subside :-)

P.s this is how the blister looks like now..the swollen has subside but it's really red.
I have put some bactroben antibiotic cream on it in the last days.
