Hello! New Joiner, 6 months of PE

This is a remarkable journey. I don't see it here but didn't the doctor tell you, you must do pumping for a year or 2 after the p-shot?

Every Brother in the Brotherhood should be engaged in deep tissue massage. It helps not only healing but growth. I also highly recommend doing the lig and ball stretch as this will also help with growth and healing but it also helps with penis hang. Your flaccid size will increase at an amazing pace.

I last took a p-shot two months ago and probably wont go for further treatments at this time, but curious to hear if anyone had different reactions when paired with pumping.
 
On a different note, would it be beneficial to use a cockring around the base of the glans to promote head expansion? Even for 1-2 hours following my length routines.

Trying to get my glans back in good shape while im also feeling odd sensations. More specifically, ive felt some subtle but strange aches within my glans at random parts of the day, which either occurs on its own or when lightly touching it.

About 3-4 days ago i tried out a light deep tissue massage on the underside of my shaft and on my glans. Following this, my glans feel slightly more limp when flaccid until i try to get myself erect. On one other occasion my foreskin appearance appeared discoloured (not purple but almost pale with less blood). Just confirming if this is supposed to be a healing phase or something more concerning, morning wood went down a tiny bit over the last 2 days.
 
My doctor did mention that pumping can be an effective tool for some patients, but didnt really put me on a formal plan involving pumping or anything. I last took a p-shot two months ago and probably wont go for further treatments at this time, but curious to hear if anyone had different reactions when paired with pumping.

The glans won't benefit but the entire penis will. There is not extra internal expansion like when you do the girth routine.

If deep tissues cannot get the blood in as single pressurized finger compresses the blood vessels, use open palms and perform a downward massage in warmth or warm oil to equalize the tension across the surface, returning all vessels to their shapes, reestablishing the optimal blood flow.

Pshots are not meant to give any length or girth. I have read all the posts here and I guarantee that the increase in girth he saw was the pshot staying there and his true erection girth.
To increase girth with pshots you must do pshots each month for at least 6 months and pump daily 20 mins x 2 (morning and night) with progressive pulse pumping but first you must do SRT or else no gains at all.
You can have the same if not better results with 5x5x3.
combining srt = ultimate growth plan.
Also don't get so much addicted with measuring. You lost then gained then lost. The trick here is to be consistent and just do your work. That's it.

That's right! SRT is the way to go or should be the ultimate goal in growth for all Brothers. I also agree that we should not be measuring all the time we should do an official 3 months measurement. What you can measure is after a girth session each time you pump or do girth work to be sure we are seeing growth. Also we should do the same with flaccid stretched length after every stretching routine. These will give you the ability to increase or add exercises to continue growing if you gains have slowed.

Hmm sounds about right. It's not like there's pain coming from the veins as there is usually a stingy sensation. But yeah perhaps this could be a sign of the glans healing (or growing). Even felt the same sensation this morning for a few minutes (while wrapped). Hopefully it's safe for me to continue pumping while experiencing this.
Vit D? D2? D3? D3 is more effective over D2.

That's normal and expected. The tingling sensation is something i have everytime i do certain exercise especially with the LengthMaster.

Now, here's the question, have you keep your penile shaft elongated using either a loose sleeve or wrap? Girthwork is great for girth, but there's a slight radeoff for length. However, it can be stopped if you keep the penile shaft elongated while you're working on your girth. Our brother @TCDreamer provided great reinforced evidence on this.

Let us know on this matter, and we'll proceed with the next methods of approach for you.

Just my two cents here. IF you are pumping and feel an immediate odd feeling of pressure or slight pain, stop!!! And I mean, Stop! Full stop. Gently massage the snake and get some lengthy (30-45 minutes continuous) warm wrap therapy going. There is some “theories” out there about length work before girth work. Here’s another two cents:
I start and finish every, and I mean every, PE sessions with minimum 10 minutes warm up and warm down. I find the best is wrapping electric heating pad around my unit. Just works for me. Then I do about 10 minutes of either 70% erect Jelqs (slow and easy) and then go 100% erect for my curve bend correction. After that I masturbate until complete rock hard erection and then move onto my @DLD SSJ’s with MitiVac and then nice focused stroke session and masturbation for about 20 minutes (with NO Finish! And that also is awesome as you visualize the increase in size and beefiness just playing with it!) and then a 10 minute wrap warm down and into my Silisleeve or silicone sleeve for ADS and anti-turtle and healing in elongation state. Pretty much spot on

Ok so just to follow up from my last update, it seems that I have regained my 0.5 inches in length. The morning after I noticed my length had changed, I was going through my 10min MOSRED session + basic stretching. It was until I wrapped myself that I noticed my size miraculously came back. Yes I'm happy that things turned around positively in a 12hr timeframe but just figuring out why these changes have happened and why so sudden.

*sidenote, only posting days later as I've been keeping a close eye on any random changes. It seems that I'm going through a weird phase where shrinkage could occur any time of the day.

I wonder what may have catalysed this change so in future I don't go backwards in length all of a sudden. If anything, I've utilised girth training for approx. 1 month (pumping) as well as testing manual girth exercises for a few days. Could it be that penis cells have likely triggered a tug from my length gains (the same way length has taken away from girth)? I would imagine that both length and girth done simultaneously wouldn't reverse any gains.

Is there a possibility that there is a lack of new cells being utilised towards creating more tissue in preparation of new gains? Rather than shapeshifting how my penis currently looks due to a lower volume of cells? (Idk if this is scientifically correct but perhaps this could provide more clarity about how new growths happen).

I have taken a break from pumping and I'm looking to stick with a length-only approach to see if this works better for me at this stage. Yes I wish I could incorporate girth/EQ again but it sucks knowing that this would costs me my length gains.

Also...wanted to ask how effective erect stretches are? It's said that they help 'cement' gains but just wanted more insight on what the long-term benefits are. Any other tactics on 'cementing' gains would be greatly appreciated.

This is quite a common development where your length tends to "disappear" or "loss" when you pursue length or girth, but forgot to either wrap or keep things elongated during rest phases. I'll explain that a little later. But the key is to keep it elongated as much as you can to keep the tunica and surrounding tissues to grow.

This is a common phase where your body detected anomoly and placed it into preservation mode. You have to reprogram the mind to not enter the preservation mode by doing progressive intensity where the body can adopt (not adapt). I hate using muscle building since men don't have breasts to play with, but as we force our hard tissues to grow, so do the softer tissues on top of the hard tissues. If you grow your hard tissues too fast, your soft tissues can't keep up with the flexibility and constantly place you in a this strange phase of pains. Your body just wants to curl up to ease up the pain. This is what your penis is doing.

No, I'm seeing your cells are growing perfectly fine, but your tunica may be one of those hard to break. This is more important for you to soften the tissues down constantly, especially warming the tissues up while twisting the penis from side to side (contortion force or lateral traction force) to break the tissues down while the tissues are warmed up. This is where you may need to employ both the Length Master for mechanical assist tissue softening, or anything similar to the lateral force assist, and pull on the penis just enough to also force longitudinally to further soften the tough tunica.

What does all this means? A quick 5 to 10 minutes length work before girth work. If you don't want spend money on mechanical assist device, you can use DLD Busters (look under the Media DVD instruction section) to soften it all up.

Quite effectively to maintain girth while pursuing length. As you increase the intensity each and every period of your routines, the girth will expand close to if not equal to the length. But in your case, you may need mechanical assist more than manual expressive work.

Don't use sleeve during pumping unless you're looking to increase the expansion size limit. Since you're chasing after tunica softening and lengthening, you definiely need tunica related routines. Incremental traction force bundled stretches for 5 to 10 minutes, or even up to 15 minutes, to loosen up the tissues. This is where you need to constantly keep the tissues soften and warm at all time. Try this for an entire month. You practically see the evidence with the MoSRed. Your body respond to heat, and of course, red light therapy. Now, use the heat and red light healing to further keep the tissues in a malleable state at all time during your stretches. There is no compromise to this. When you pump, any time it's possible, use warm towards comfortable hot temperature. If you pump air, keep the heater running and blow warm air to your penis. I hate having my crotch constantly warm, but when you are forced to have malleability because of your condition, you have no choice. All of us have that strange phase where the body needs that extra push using heat to step into the next phase of growth.

Now, for the elongation maintenance, this is just me, but my suggestion to you is not to use wrap but to use a sleeve instead. Remember how we discusss using TheraBand at each end to create traction for the sleeve? Use that method. If your penis gets cold, add a warm wrap layer or just wear briefs. Keep the penis close to the body to use the heat around the crotch for warm. But keep that penis elongated as much as possible, and as long in the longest flaccid state length as you can. You will be pushing the traction force around 1kg. Use 1kg setting for a few weeks, and slowly, once the penis adopts the tension, increase 50g per week. Max total traction at 1.8kg. This will push the tunica to reach the next phase of growth without fighting back.
 
@oldandlively quick question:: can you kegel to make penis fully engorged and then add clamp, and release kegel?

When you try to get your penis erected, you are engaging kegel. But you can also perform kegel without having to get erected. So, let's clear things up first. Are you getting an erection to get blood in, sounds like you are, or are you just kegeling?

The question is strange, but there's a hidden issue behind that. When you get an erection, you're pumping a certain load of nitric oxide and use up free testosterone to get your penis nice and hard to get the blood volume into your penis. Kegeling only engage the PC muscles without the blood flow. BUT! The trick not to overspent your nitric oxide and free testosterone is to first perform a full 2 to 5 seconds reverse kegel to build up the blood volume at the base of the penis, and quick 1 to 2 second burst of kegel to force that blood volume into your penis.

As for the clamping method, do make sure to use the soft clamping, or restrictive blood flow, approach. No hard clamping device I assume.
 
Can someone explain whats a hard clamping device?
It can be any device used for preventinf the blood from leaving the penis. A great example is the cable clamp. The next is pipe clamp. The common ones are the safer incontinence medical clamp.
