Hello! New Joiner, 6 months of PE

Clamping is always a dangerous option. The only Clamping device that does not cause issues is the LengthMaster due to the way the clamp is set up allowing some blood flow from the sides. I have never experienced someone getting thrombosis using the LM but I have heard of many cases of thrombosis using clamps.

I agree it's a dangerous game. Why someone would clamp with LM ? You mean while stretching ?

No. The clamp is on the lengthmaster it is where you attach the penis to the LengthMaster.

Didn't know medical clamps exists. So out of the blue searched one. You mean that something like this Pacey Cuff Ultra - CathetersPLUS is okay ? Can you give me an example ?
This one places pressures on the urethra and spongiosum that surrounds the urethra. That product is misleading, but works to prevent urine from leaking.

What the modified clamps do is to squeeze both sides of the penis, putting pressurs on the cavernosa blood vessels.

Some medical devices for ED does this just like that Cuff Ultra device, but it places dual squeeze on the sides rather than the bottom.

In the past, the crazy people like us use this.

We modified it with safety precautionin mind by using soft medical foam, with clamp time lmits. But those were the desperate time where we lacked PE tools.

The question you raised where why anyone uses clamping for the LM3. No one. It's for pumping. Normally, a penis ring, a pump cylinder donut, or a short cutout segment of a penis sleeve just to hold onto the blood a bit more. The approach is to slow the blood down from leaving the penis during pumping through restrictive blood flow. If they wear a device to stop their blood from leaving out competely, that's constrictive blood flow. Your penis can and will over expand and you can suffer a blood vessel blowout inside your penis. I lost couunt to how many cases we dealt with because of this.

OK I see
Be it this cable clamp you showed, or using sleeves, or using sleeves and a cable clamp atop, penis loses erection which means it is not 100% restricted am I right ?
Also, if you do clamp with the cable you mentioned above, and you allow blood to come in and out is it still clamping? If you allow blood comming in can you kegel to push more ? (I am talking about not restricting clamp)

Let's clear up the misconception at this point. Let me know if the translation doesn't go through. I'll keep it simple.

An erection is when your penis is hard from a state where the penis is fully engorged, excited, and naturally maintaining its harden state without any assistant from any device. During an erection, the penis is filled with 100% of its storage volume in the cavernosa and spongiosum. Let's call this "full blood volume" for now.

Now, let's bring in the clamping device. The clamping device is used at the base of the penis, trapped the full blood volume in the penis through total constriction. No blood is leaving teh penis. HOWEVER, your penis doesn´t need to have an erection at this point. The penis can go limp or return to flaccid state. Even when it is limp or flaccid, the trapped blood volume is still at 100% volume.

Also, if you do clamp with the cable you mentioned above, and you allow blood to come in and out is it still clamping?

Yes, itś still clamping. If you allow the blood to flow in and out using adjustable tension, you are no longer using ¨constritive¨but ¨restrictive¨blood flow. This is where we want to be. Restrictive.

If you allow blood comming in can you kegel to push more ? (I am talking about not restricting clamp)

Yes, you can. I didn´t throw away my mdified cable clamp because I can still use it for the same purpose youŕe talking about. I also still use it to do my SSJ to relieve my fingers and wrists fatigue. Imagine you have to do SSJ for an hour. My carpal tunnel will flare up.

Ok I would like to share my experience.
I had sex with my wife. She said that my penis is bigger but I told her that I Guarantee that it is not.
I am measuring my penis, its always the same. She says, it feels it bigger.
Can someone explain?

Yep. It's very simple explanation actually. I'll take myself as an example.

In the vaginal lining, the nerve concentration is more than the penile nerve branches covering our entire shaft. The vaginal nerves are more concentrated in the clitoris, but the same branches are covered all over the inner wall. When we perform our PE, we think only about the sizes in girth and length that force the vagina to feel full or to push it past the limit. That's not true. As I mentioned many times before, even if your penis increased by just 0.5cm in girth, they will notice. Length, not so much. Why? When the vaginal wall tightens down during arousal, the nerve branches come into contact with the shaft, while the clitoris is also being stimulated at the same time. The signal sent from each stroke is literally calculated by the brain. Any extra dimension, be the girth or length, is taking into account as the vaginal wall attempts to extract the semen from the male's sexual organ by providing any additional stimulation to excite him.

In PE, you have to account for more than just the width and length of your penis. You need to keep in mind the EQ quality as well. The vagina wall detects either the more solid or softer feel of the penis, and fasten itself based on the needs for the stimulation required. This is talked about so much in biological evolution that I got sick and tired of hearing the new researches published the data as half the rediscovered info. But what you gents don't realize that during a female' hyper-excitement, her vaginal wall tighten up to the maximum and the cervix pushes down closer to the penile glans automatically so the cervix can receive the semen in the collective pool. We recognize this area is the end of the vaginal wall, or bottoming. But in reality, it's just a collection pool for the cervix to dip into so it can pull up the semen. During this period, the female's brain can sense and calculate every little millimeter of your penile size, be the length or girth. It can even tell the bulging vein and the pulsation of the penis when it's ready to ejaculate.

So, for her to say, "it feels it's bigger", she's not wrong. She probably sense your EQ improved, the penetration stimulation is harder, and overall feeling of being "larger", on top of the increased size.

Hey all! Here to provide an update and seek further guidance for my PE routines.
One of my major takeaways since my last update was to change my PE routines to avoid plateaus and encourage new growth. My main routine consisted of bundled BTC stretches using the Lengthmaster across two 20min sessions.

To change things up, I have tweaked my stretches:
In a kneeling position, I pull out my bundled penis at a low angle (approx. 90 degrees) and then gradually pull my penis further up between the cheeks at a higher angle. Using 40sec intervals now and gradually increasing intensity during each set.

So I have been following these stretches for approx. 4 weeks. No actual perm growth however I've noticed my elongated length has temporarily increased by 0.25" inches, even up to 0.5" inches at times. Without taking actual measurements I'm able to see the temp length increase judging on the way my penis looks in its wrap.

More importantly, I've been able to feel significant soreness in my inner penis a bit more often (sometimes ligs too) since tweaking my stretches. I'll get those deep aches at random times of the day, which seems promising as this is supposed to be the sweet spot for growth.

While these are positive signs of a good workout, I can't help but wonder if my routine needs changing again? Since I haven't seen any perm growth in the past few weeks. Yes the workouts do feel effective but I'm not sure if I'm close to hitting a plateau.

So yeah, just here to see if there's any room for improvement, perhaps I can increase the duration of my sets again? Longer stretches? I tested some Power Assist stretches a few times before (only following the instructions pictured on the LM3 shopping link) but not sure if there are any other demonstrations? Just wanna make sure I'm feeling the correct type of aching sensation, while avoiding any risk of injury.

I've also noticed on a few other threads that people have used hanging to break plateau? I was under the impression that this exercise is more risky and could potentially lead to injury? Any further advice on the above exercises would be greatly appreciated.

Sidenote, there was a time where I accidentally slept with a silicone sleeve on (only a loose sleeve) but didn't seem to cause any harm. I noticed that my flaccid state was lengthened by another 0.25" inch while worn. Would there be any benefits incorporating a loose sleeve while asleep? Could this fall into the SRT theory as there is an extended time spent healing? I'm able to have casual erections while wearing it, and I'm even able to go to the toilet with it on. I know it's not recommended to wear actual PE gear (e.g extenders) during sleep so I've avoided this but this seems to be a bit more of a comfortable and safer alternative.

Change of routines is merely the different addition of angles of attack. For example, since you have been doing BTC, remove a few minutes of the BTC and use the minutes to pull sideways, and upwards, or even outwards away from your body while bundled. A simple minute of rotary crank (move around your crotch in a clock rotation like a helicopter blade) will create that variation as well.

So yeah, just here to see if there's any room for improvement, perhaps I can increase the duration of my sets again? Longer stretches? As long as the achiness is present without the puinching, sharp, or pulsing pains, you are golden.

Hanging is like traction with extender. If I have to hang, I rather be mobile and use extended if there's a budget for it. It's one of the same.

I've done it a few times. What worries us is the inability to monitor severe conditions when things go sideways. We tend to go into deep sleep and our body cannot detect the warning signs fast enough. However, many with penile fractures do wear corrective devices loosely as a brace while sleeping. If you thing you can do so safely, go for it.

Could this fall into the SRT theory as there is an extended time spent healing? I'm able to have casual erections while wearing it, and I'm even able to go to the toilet with it on. Only if you know you can do it safely with every precaution in mind.

Be so careful not to cause injury while sleeping. I personally would never do any pe while sleeping. the only thing I can say if you are going to do pe while sleeping, is use an ACE bandage to do a light wrap. This is the only safe thing I know about that can be used while sleeping

I rather use a loose penis sleeve with TheraBand end points for traction, or to be ultra safe, just a single traction point at the base of the penis while the sleeve pushes against the base of the penis. When you move around at night, like me with restless legs or my dog and wife try to kick me off the bed, the flexible bandage can tighten up through movements. Sleeve remains static.

Hey so I'm looking to try out Power Assist exercises more often for my length routines but just looking for some quick tips to ensure I'm stretching correctly.

Basing my exercises off the pictured guide, I've been performing stretches in left, right & downward directions (mostly down), and holding for up to 30 secs long. My penis is placed through the Power Assist ring but then the outer edge of it is pretty much wedged against the penis base area. My other hand pulls the penis outwards.

Some of the threads that I've read suggest that this is the key area that needs to be stretched in order to bring out inner penis hidden within the body, as well as breaking plateau.

That being said, is it recommended that I stretch in a way that causes a deep aching pressure against the penile base? And am I required to stretch against all sides of the penile base? Penis is pulled in a straight direction then forced against the edge of the ring, however if a bundled penis is more beneficial then I could go for this instead.

I suppose the routine itself works similarly to broomstick stretches right? Hope that I'm making sense, just checking if I'm on the right track.

Sidenote: as I've been using a variety of supplements to assist with PE (even increased testosterone and libido), I've recently noticed some successes with 1. Pomegranate juice, and 2. more recently... l-arginine.

I've been drinking a shot of Pomegranate juice almost daily (during morning time), meanwhile I've taken l-arginine in low doses in the evening time before I go to the gym. As a result, I've had significantly better erections in the morning & at night. I wouldn't say the stronger erections have been consistent, but I find that it'll come and go in waves. I believe l-arginine is paired well with Citrulline Malate as well? which is something I've also been taking for a while. Wonder if anyone else has had similar experiences?

Bundled stretches, yes. Deep aching pressure is good. Rather than just going down, also attack from all angles: down, up, left, right, then down-left, down-right, up-left, up-right. The larger portion of the time needs to be be invested at the down directions since you want to stress the suspensory ligaments and the base muscles.

You're making perfect sense for those who are using the Power Assist. I only use Power Assist once every other week when I can. I'm down to one strong arm, so it's literally impossible for me at the moment.

Good combo. Rather than L-arganine, use L-citrulline as it's a precursor to L-arganine. What does that means? It converts faster than from L-arganine to base components and back to useable L-arganine. It's strange in the biological perspective as the body should use it directly, but it's not. L-citrulline actually converts to L-arganine nearly 3 times faster, and some studies indicated it was 5 times faster. Using propagranate juice, you'll expedite the conversion factor.

Yep. You're boosting nitric oxide level in your system using the two. I normally drink L-citrulline citrate for my needs 30 minutes before PE, or even sex (just a few hours ago). You can get your heat on as your blood will pump like a well lubricated machine. Some brothers don't that benefits as their bodies may have something else blocking the conversion efficiency.

I would also include behind the cheeks bundles as this really stretches the entire penis and deep inside. This is the best way to make length gains. To see the entire workout when you click on SRT.

Hey all, just a recap for the last month of PE. Sadly no further gains, I have just been focusing on lengthmastering and wrapping for elongation. I've been exploring different ways to see how I can push through and achieve new gains using different techniques.
Power assist stretching here and there, downward diagonal bundles (to name a few). There have been some episodes where I feel random aches in the inner penis & ligs, but not as frequently as I would like it to be.

Another size update, it have been feeling slightly less girthy for almost 2 weeks now, and perhaps this is due to me solely focusing on lengthwork rather than girth. Again, I've been holding off of girthwork as it seems to pull away from length (and vice versa).

The optimistic part of me is saying that this new update is preparing me for new length growth (this has been evidenced in the past). However I can't tell how soon new gains will occur, or if i will even gain at all.

Just seeing all these other dudes who have monster dicks after gain fast in length AND girth (without causing losses in other areas) is inspiring but also kinda frustrating to read when compared to my journey.

So yeah tiny rant but once again looking for new strategies to get my penis loose, flexible and achey/sore. Wonder how effective short hanging sets can be if i add this into my routines. I'm guessing this can be accomplished with the Lengthmaster unless there are other methods. Will this also only work if the foreskin is pulled back? Any further suggestions/guidance will be greatly appreciated. Want to start out the new month hard and strong.

Any good kegel/reverse kegel workouts that i could consistently stick with btw?

Sidenote, found a temp fix for skin irritation around the penis. I'm finding that sometimes the placement of my penis could trigger itchy/stingy skin around the top/bottom half of my penis base, so I've started free-balling at home sometimes and it reduces the amount of time needed to readjust to let the skin relax. Penis usually rests upright when I'm wearing underwear.
