I would say this would not increase head size, I would say nothing does but the verdict is still out. I made an exercise to increase head size years ago and it was very powerful but the gains did not stick.

We are very willing and excited for any exercise that can do this but for physiological reasons the head is incapable of holding additional blood than it's max due to the glans not having skin as a way to hold the new size.

Because it’s impossible to enlarge the head unless you’re some exception to the rule. People do not understand that there is no skin on the head of the penis. That means I cannot make growth beyond itself as the glan does not retain size. I think people can enlarge their head by having stronger pelvic floor muscles and being able to hold a Kegel for a very long time. But outside of this I’ve only heard rumors of men gaining head size. I am not trying to discourage I’m actually trying to encourage people to find someway to make this happen and prove that they can.
