hey guys just starting up again. i was reading that a lot of the gains come in the form of flaccid length. what would you guys say are the best exercises for erect length? or even length period. thanks!
 
All gains are relative to each other. Flaccid gains come and with them it brings erect ones and viva-versa. In my opinion the best exercise routine out there is my newest routine...TOTAL GAINERS ROUTINE.

I would say, D-BTC-BS (Dynamic-Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches), you need to stretch really hard and hold each stretch for 5 minute each. This will create maximum temporary elongation possible, and with time you will grow fast.

Indeed you need to stretch the entire penis when you are stretching.

In every stretch you should be stretching:
Shaft (outer penis), inner penis, Fundiform and Suspensory ligament.

Here's a model of a penis:

You need to stretch everything in every single stretch you're doing, that means you need to engage reverse Kegel (relax pelvic floor muscles fully).
This will promote the fastest gains possible.
