I would like to work my way up with out getting FR, pain or the risk on anything not good

That is unrealistic. Even with newbie gains you probably won't see more than a centimeter gain in under 2 months. If you do more than just the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and add in manuals, jelqs, hanging, and an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] you could probably hit 160 by week 29. That's an inch (2.5 cm) in 7 months which would be considered really good gains. There are the lucky ones out there (DLD) that could get 2 inches in that time, but it isn't typical and you should probably set more realistic goals.
 
How much you gain is completely up to you. Having an effective, efficient routine that you're dedicated to and spend a lot of time on each day is going to produce good gains.

You'll have newbie gains if you've just started and it's believed that generally, people who start smaller will gain quicker.

That said, you can't just do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as it's more of a girth tool than length. You have to have a planned out, quality routine that will mix in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for tunica deformation and expressive stretching along with manual stretching and healing extended. You can do hanging if you want, but it's an advanced method of gaining length and not generally recommended for people new to Penis Enlargement. The newest addition to DLD's work is orgasm prior to length work, which is supposed to help you gain length faster. The idea is that your PC muscle will be too fatigued to tug back and hinder any gains that it otherwise would, along with hormones flooding in from the orgasm. You can try that out as well.

I kind of like the future projections you have put forth, they show great confidence and hope in your labor! Are they realistic? What is realistic in Penis Enlargement? That is a big question and one that I think has a few logical answers. I think it is most notedly that someone who believes he will make big gains will indeed make good gains because of their initial level of belief. Of course penis enlargement requires more than belief and this will bring us to the next reason some make gains faster than others and that is intensity and form. The understanding of the exercises done and the form used to practice can be very big in the way of gains. I have met some men that have struggled with gains only to realize that they were not doing the exercise(s) or equipment correctly. When this is corrected their gains ensue.

In some cases there are some men that grow at a faster rate than others. My own experience of 2" in length and one half of an inch of girth was due, in equal measure, to my efforts and my STRONG belief. As time progressed my gains slowed but over the past decade I have secured more than 4" in mlength and 2" in girth and am now currently seeking even more!

Use your chart as a sort of mantra or a meditational reflection to the future you are presently creating. Take up a great desire for understandings in the various ways to gain faster and heal faster. I agree we all gain differently in PE. But stretching very hard and always using the MOSRED can help accelerate the gains if you are very consistent with your routine.

@DLD what is your words regarding your genetics, and how it's impacting your length gains?

In this video (see link below) you are talking about the genetic component in penis enlargement. You said it had no factor, and the reason for slow or fast gains, was only the program structure itself (not exact quote).

Don't make such goals instead select a month from now in which you desire to gain a certain amount. This is better. Also visualize and know and understand your penis is growing. Its a fact.. measure in a couple months and check back here

I don't agree fully to this. What have worked for me was to set a big goal immediately. Even when I was a newbie I sat my goal at 8x6. It takes time...6 months and more.

A progress thread will be the best help, to get to your desired goals. Log in every day.
 
A progress thread is very important. Every single man here should have one this way, we can keep track of what you're doing and how you're gaining.

I think it's more for affirming belief to help increase the likelihood "manifesting" of said gains. That's not to say it's necessary but it definitely helps. Personally I gained 2inches in 1 year and that's because I said to myself I would gain 2 inches without a doubt in a year. I had this goal and commitment after seeing my 0.25 BPEL increase after the first month when I was a newbie.

Gains will occur no matter what but you never know how much so why not aim big by giving said month and train your ass off (safely).
