I dont like how quite abit of the tension goes through the foreskin. I feel the shaft area below the glands, and foreskin is where most the tension is happening. While not much is felt at the base/ligs
I find with the skin back and strapped down its the opposite. The penile tissue is directly under tension from behind the glands to the base and my foreskin is folded up, and taken out of the equation
Problem is, I was doing it all with a noose at the time..until my glands became negatively affected from increase in tension. Due to the minimal surface area being under pressure from the noose. Thats when I realized I need a wider
strap.. and then wrapping.

What I need is a grippy, somewhat soft and thin material to roll over my glands and shaft while my skin is pulled back.
Then I can

My next attempt will be with a latex swimming
cap . Modified to do exactly that, as silicone
sleeve is too thick, spongy and soft. .. my foreskin always finds a way to crumple back up to the glands inside the
