At first I used to do it without the sleeve. After a few weeks I noticed my penis itched like crazy after taking the sleeve off. So then I figured it was because it was dry and I began putting oil on, letting it dry into the skin, then wearing my sleeve. After about 2 months the sleeve stretched and my head began sinking into it after a few hours. That's why I started using the wrap and since then no issues at all. It's kind of hard to tell, but honestly I think I gained about .25" since using this strategy until today. Now I'm trying to figure out how I can incorporate pumping into this and leave it stretched out all day afterwards. If you're a DIY type of guy, you could make your own coil with copper tubing, or some other bendable material...
