I brought some pictures for you to advice which measurements is correct - standing up or sitting down?

I noticed that when sitting, the measurement is 2 cm longer than when standing up.
I know, my penis is not big anyway, but I need to know what you think about those measurements

I think it is the same, just the fat pad is the problem.... ?:( :) :) :)
 
In both pictures there is clearly 2 cm difference in length in the second picture I am NOT pulling on the fat pad - how come do you say it is the same measurement in both pictures?
 
I see it is not the same, but fat pad is the only make-sense-able reason I can think of. But I can clearly see there is a difference. :)
 
The correct measurement is the one that is consistent, against a solid anchor point at the pubic bone, that is measure consistently the same way with the same ruler and tape. It makes no difference where you measure from as long as it is against the pubic bone and measure to the tip of the head. I prefer sitting as I have more control, especially when taking pictures too.

P.S. Since 2 years I am suffering from obsession over 15 cm which in my country is considered an 'national average' which justifies my obsession. I have no idea how to get over it...
 
If a girl asks, which at the age of 39 I cant think of more than 2 or 3 times it has happened, I would smile with a big shit eating grin, look at them and say. Thanks for the advice but you need to understand that I want to stop Penis Enlargement but I cant, I am sick. It has taken over my passion for music, friends, I feel apathy...I am convinced that reaching that 15 cm is only feeding my subconsious anxiety disorder. I need to find a girlfiriend to fuck

The last time I measured length, I did so while standing and also while sitting and I got the same results. At that time, I was having about 0.5 inches of fat pad.

Women are very obsessed with their bodies and that's why body enhancement surgeries for women are going on all over the world. Only a few men go for penis surgery and PE therefore, you are right with what you said.
