Hi, Any idea who can help me?

Had ordered my Bathmate since 31/3/2012
All i hav for reference is the email that UPL Distribution LLC send to me for the order number.

Tried emailing info@Bathmateonline.co.uk for a reply, but there was no responses... Zzzzz!

Ordered mine on 03/03/2012.. nothing so far. no answers in email or PM.
completely forgotten. i'ts almost a month and a half.
 
I have ordered 22/03/2012. No Bathmate so far, no feedback to emails as well. Are they cheating on us ? Is that fraud ? Where should we apply for the help ?????
 
nah.. I think there's no chance of they cheating on us. It's just a lack of organization in addiction to bad luck. =P
We are going to put our hands on a Bathmate soon enough.
 
I got mine a few weeks ago, and it took them nearly a month for shipping. I know it sucks, but hang in there, it's probably on its way.
 
I've tried to pm agust but seems agust is too bz for me..;(

Btw I clicked on dld signature to order.. How about u guys?

How long did they take to send u email for the tracking number? Advice?
 
All of this order back up is due to the TV show JOSH.0 that ran a bit on Bathmate. Have faith, all orders are being processed and send asap.
 
I ordered mines last Thursday 4/12/2012 from Amazon.com and I received it today (4/17/2012). Also, I got free shipping since it is over $25. Total came out to be $119.
 
They probably jack up the price a little since they kinda have Tosh.O on the main website. :\ but if anyone else is interested, I ordered mines here: LINK Shipping was fast, secure, and private. Good Luck to all.

Be patient my friend.. Try to find Agust on skype. He's a very very busy man, but he can help you. No doubt. I ordered my Bathmate on 3rd march. I didn't received it yet but Agust helped me a lot. Now I know that my item was shipped.

To be fair, i don't know how busy agust is, all i know is i tried to PM agust 2 weeks ago, but no reply.

Wrote email to the customer service email provided but also no reply.

This is no way to run a business? Money is already charged on my card, but no extra details on when or how is my order getting attention! And i'm like a begger who don't where to look for help.

i don't like to rant, but i can't help when i've already paid and don't know if my order is getting attention. Worst part, i've order mine thru the link in this forum.

i feel i should share my situation with fellow forumers.
 
yes.. I understand your situation. I have ran thru all those attempts to have some answers, include the 2 PMs to Agust. lol. I'ts almost 2 months since i ordered my Bathmate. credit card charged and all.
I really suggest you to add Agust to skype and try chat with him. I'm saying this because Agust is not suposed to be online all the time in MOS Forum. It's is not his job at all. In the other hand, he do will be
online most of the time on skype chatting with tons of costumers. Even with this time consuming routine, I do think that it's far easier for you to get an answer from him using skype.
