Ok, so I feel like I've made the most possible gains from Phase 1 of MOS & am now on Phase 2 (loving the blasters btw, feel they're gonna give me BEAUTIFUL gains). Anyways, I remember on Phase 1 DLD recommends doing the exercises EVERDAY(which I have) but I was wondering........ Isn't there a break day once a week for Phase 2? See, these blasters in the morning along with my Bathmate night & day are EXAUSTING the hell outta me & my penis & I was just wondering if I should take a break or continue phase 2 EVERYDAY? I'm willing to do whatever so.... feel free to suggest whatever you feel may bring the best gains! Whether it be no day breaks, 1 day breaks, or more day breaks Thanks in advance!
