When do you guys think I should take a break?

Ok, so I feel like I've made the most possible gains from Phase 1 of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] & am now on Phase 2 (loving the blasters btw, feel they're gonna give me BEAUTIFUL gains). Anyways, I remember on Phase 1 DLD recommends doing the exercises EVERDAY(which I have) but I was wondering........ Isn't there a break day once a week for Phase 2? See, these blasters in the morning along with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] night & day are EXAUSTING the hell outta me & my penis & I was just wondering if I should take a break or continue phase 2 EVERYDAY? I'm willing to do whatever so.... feel free to suggest whatever you feel may bring the best gains! Whether it be no day breaks, 1 day breaks, or more day breaks :) Thanks in advance!
 
I say take a break when you made you goal, but that is just me:)
 
When I slowed my routine down I realized how important it is to give my penis rest. Over stressing will not help bring gains faster. You don't want to stop working out because you might let a day turn into a week and a month. I would suggest a lighter routine. I slowed my routine down and my erections were stronger and I could see how much progress I have made over the year. You don't have to completely cut out phase 1 of the routine either. Those stretches are the foundation for many other stretches and you could incorporate them with the rest of your exercising.
 
Thanks for your response guys. And yea, I was thinking the same thing! I didn't really wanna eliminate the basic stretches so what I'm doing is sort of mixing them into the warm-up stretches in phase 2 & I'll see how that works for me according to gains at the end of this phase!
