I'm posting as I'd like some advice regarding an issue that I have been having recently.

I started my new routine on 27/05 and since then I have been seemingly plagued by injuries, despite not going to 'full intensity'.

I am an experienced Penis Enlargement'er - 2 1/2 years under my belt - and have made considerable gains and so forth.

Recent 'timeline/injuries'

29/05: This is more of an accident but basically I was doing a morning hanging session on my (homemade ceiling design) and my dog jumped on the bed...I automatically leapt up (as she is a big lump) and i basically yanked my penis really hard - resulting in a fair amount blood and quite bad bruising.

Anyway I rested up for a few days. Applied creams and so forth and the bruising healed (well superficially at least) and carried on my routine.

Next incident...08/06
I was once again hanging - on my homemade device but over the shoulder this time - and within 10 mins of the routine, I unwrapped and saw a fecking large-ish bruise. I'm guessing I pinched the skin somehow...

Last night I was just doing some manual stretches in the bath when - BAM! Yet again I have another bruise! But much larger this time and with a red 'welt'.

So now I'm back to resting but I'm getting a bit concerned that I am able to bruise this easily. As I said I am an experienced Penis Enlargement'er and no stranger to bruises and 'battle scars', I know what weights etc. I can and can't handle. But this is sili....I haven't even been going to my full intensity.,

Its not just this, my foreskin seems to 'split' very easily as well.

Has anyone else experienced a similar thing?

Aside from the foreskin splitting issue, do you think the bruising is a result of the original injury on 27/05...maybe underlying trauma?

Any thoughts?
 
Uhhhhh bro stop hanging before you rip your dick off. Just stop fucking hanging. Stop it. I've made all my gains without hanging and have done it safely. Seems like hanging fucked you up and now even stretching is bad. Stop Penis Enlargement see a doctor and explain how this happened. Going to a professional will not only put your mind at ease but it will also help you know how to restore your penis and continue.

I've got no need to go to the GP as it seems to be superficial. Besides my GP already knows I do Penis Enlargement and has examined me on a previous occasion.

I don't have any pain and everything is working just fine. I was going to be gradually cutting back hanging with the view to stop completely.

I just wanted to see if anybody else has experienced these 'skin' problems as admittedly its quite frustrating. Do you think I am gripping to hard or in the wrong place? As I haven't ONLY received these injuries from hanging...but I am doing it, in the same way I have always done with no problem, Over the past 2years.

The only thing that i changed, is I started taking vitamins:

Zinc
Q10
Vit C
Calcium
Ginseng

Also I started to supplement with creatine as I lift weights (about 1 1/2 mths ago)

And more recently the Male extra pills I got from here.

You may want to spend more time in the warm ups, warm down, massage and heat, this will help. I would also revamp your routine to something different that may help change this too.
 
That's a really good point! Warm ups and downs. I've stop doing this about 7months ago, I could say I've got abit lazy. I used to warm up 15min before each set I used to do. So perhaps it looks like, if I dont warm up and down I will get these injuries.

I'm gonna rest for a good week to let the bruising subside. Think I will give up hanging for some time too. I will do some light stretching, SG and work on my girth for a good month. I'm going to look into the SRT routine, have a good read then start in one months time.
