What tension are people using the Phallosan Forte on at night?

It is kind of experimental and it really has a lot to do with sleeping position. If you sleep on your back you should be able to get away with a light stretch but if you sleep on your stomach or roll around a lot you will want to increase the intensity until you find a tension that gives solid stretch all night without slipping or causing retention. This should be a slow steady process to find that sweet spot, no need to rush but I think you know this already.

^yes, and there is a guage on the head piece that lets you see your tension. Why?

Thought it was all controlled with the pump at the top of the plastic bell. Figured it out pretty quickly

I set mine at yellow around my waist. I move a lot so I end up waking with it on green or barely even stretching. I make sure not to pump it to much so I don't get any FR. I haven't so far so I'm doing good lol. Pretty much a guessing game anyways.

But be careful. If you use too much force you will get blisters, and that's not fun. I used it at night at low green and it was all good, but when I bumped the tension up to high green/low yellow I got a blister. Ouch. And since you cant monitor warning signs while asleep, always err on the side of caution.

I use it on the same tension as when I am awake (medium/high). I couldn't do this if I used a normal around the waist setup but since I attach to my leg this works for me. I believe this is due to the fact that as I move about during my sleep, the tension on the phallosan goes up and down and therefore it isn't sitting at high tension all night. I always wake up with a pretty good hang because of this method.

I wake up every few hours anyways. I check how I'm doing and pass back out. I wanna put it around my knee at night but the attachment always pops off because I move so much. I don't wanna lose the gauge though, so I'll find something to connect it.

I have been waking up quite a bit lately, maybe change of seasons. It is really best to wake at least once or twice a night until you see the safest and most effective way to wear. Eventually, once this is found, all night work should go well.

That's what I'm going for lol.

So much of tool work is learning and mastering. This is pretty much across the board. Learning and mastering these things are what bring gains the fastest.

I did well with PF at night. But I don't move at all when I sleep, so it easy for me. Just put on Phallosan, lay on my back and claim gains. LMAO So if anyone has a phallosan, maybe try to learn sleeping in one position, without moving?

I heard sleeping on the floor face-up is good for your body. I guess it could also help with moving around too much, but I've never tried it
