Hi everybody, (yes I come and go old fellas )
I started to do some more Penis Enlargement again, mainly girth. Im doing some really good workout that seems to work for me. But at the same time I wanna gain some more length.
My question is: what muscle ( hands/bicep/tricep/shoulder/chest/back???) should you train to hold your stretches longer? I've been lifting weights at the gym for a year so Im strong and fit and all that shit.
But I cant really figure out what muscle Im supposed to work on at the gym to be able to hold my stretches longer when Penis Enlargement stretching at home.
When I pull the penis straight out it feels like I use alot of shoulders, back and triceps(?). My grip is the "okay grip" with thumb closer to the body and the pinky finger far out from the body.
Im still not sure why I get tired by stretching nowadays so quickly, I dont really know what muscles that are working while pulling. I can feel my shoulder blade on my back peek out while pulling.
So anyone got an idea what I should work on? Maybe it's my back?
