what happened to the manual stretch intensity?

I have recently been struggling with my manual stretches...it seems when i stretch now im not feeling it the way i did 2 months ago. this leads to frustration which makes it hard to get motivated to work out. I use the most intensity i can...i mean my arms are tired after each 30 second rep but still nothing. any input??
 
Ive heard many talk about this but cant visualize where or how to use the towel/blanket...is there any way you could upload a pic or a diagram? this may help me alot! (im the visual/ kinestetic type) lol
 
If your arms get tired after only 30 seconds, you need to work on arm/grip strength and endurance as much as penis enlargement.
Perhaps more.

What positions of stretch are you using?
 
if you are using all the strength you have anyones arms will get tired regardless of how strong they are...the only difference between a body builder and myself would be the amount of force exerted over the 30 second period...I will tell u im certainly strong enough to stretch my dick...i only included the tiring after 30 seconds to illustrate the fact that I am pulling "hard enough". I currently use the newbie stretches

Maybe you need even more intensity than what the hands can do, consider the PowerAssist as a fulcrum tool that will enable you to increase the stretch intensity far beyond what can be done with the hands.
 
That's why I also mentioned "Endurance".

so to rephrase that in a helpful way ur saying I should stretch for longer than 30 seconds...unfortunately the PA is out for now until the cash flow reappears.

You could use other methods of fulcrum than that of the PowerAssist. Take a piece of PVC piping and use it as a fulcrum to stretch against.
 
It's possible that your surrounding nerve endings are simply losing sensitivity. Let the ruler at the end of the month tell you whether you are getting the required intensity.

I would put this in as a good thing in the respect that sex would last longer due to the less sensitive nature of the penis...agree?

This is one of the many reasons why we have the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. I've never been a fan of manual PE. Buy the LengthMaster from the MoS Shop brother. It's a lifetime investment and you won't regret it.
