It is super important for all the men here to understand that if you are getting a BathMate / Hydromax product at a discounted price, less than the price here on the forum you are buying a knock-off. BathMate does not discount their product below the price we have here and if you are finding it on other sites for less money you are asking for a world of trouble.

These knockoffs look just like the BathMate/Hydromax but the quality of the pump itself is complete junk. In trying to save money on a discounted model you are risking much including faulty valves, easily cracked body, inferior rubber on the gaiter, little to no good pressure, among many other problems. I have noticed men coming forward with issues with their pump only to find out they did not buy it here and have received a Counterfeit.

An authentic BathMate will have excellent quality in material and function and it is guaranteed through our affiliation. It does cost more than a cheap knockoff but it is all the difference in the world. Pressure in a real BathMate is incredible, the pump is virtually indestructible and will work for years of use. Please be sure to get the real deal and not get fooled into buying a cheap imitation.

Just click the word BathMate and you will land on our official site!

Great post, I just had a discussion with the owners of Bathmate on Thursday and unfortunately they became so big of a brand that China is counterfeiting their products. They are doing their best to fight this but it is next to impossible to win this battle. The packaging and mold is identical to the point that Bathmate themselves have a hard time telling the difference without examining the plastic pump and valve in a lab to find it is far inferior. This is a big reason why allot of valves are failing lately and pressure loss.

Of course it is great to save money on a an amazing product but this is not a designer hand bag or a watch, this is a medical device. You may be able to buy the bootleg version 2 or 3 times if it breaks for the price of an authentic one, but why take the chance and continue to waste money? Most importantly, this is a device that can permanently damage your erection if you are buying a bootleg version that does not function properly. The pressure of the gaitor, the valve, etc. all plays part in this regulated quality product.

On top of all of this, the authentic Bathmate offers a 6 month return policy and also warrantees their products against manufacture defects for one year from purchase date. They are a real company with real owners that we speak with every week and they are really concerned about what is going on and for the safety of people purchasing their brand.

The owners will shine in this thread sometime this week just to confirm what was said above.

You know you have a great product when the Chinese counterfeiters start to copy your pump. We are now, unfortunately, receiving a lot of emails from guys asking us to fix their bathmates only to be told they have bought a cheap Chinese copy and we can't help them. It is very difficult to tell from any website pictures, as they are also ripping off our images. If you buy a pump below the recommended price you are looking for trouble. Is it worth the risk of losing your hard earned dollars and causing yourself some damage in your most treasured area!
Bathmate products are registered as a medical devices in the UK and have had to undergo serious examinations to also serve the national health service in the UK. They are also registered with the US customs office, the FDA.

Genuine Bathmates have been manufactured in our factory in the UK for the last 8 years. They have never been madeanywhere else. What I can confirm is that MOS pumps are supplied directly from our factory in the UK.

I can also announce that with effect from to-day any MOS member who buys a bathmate pump we will extend the warranty to 5 years. How's that for peace of mind and a great value incentive. We can only do this because we have total confidence in our product and such a great relationship with MOS.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Five year warranty for all that purchase through MoS?!?!? This is incredible!!! Thank you so much for doing this for our members!

To all of the brothers, these words are spoken directly from the mouth of one of the owners of Bathmate.

Thanks Joe!

Also to add to this, for the next 30 days, purchase any Bathmate pump and receive a LengthMaster at 50% off (a $75.00 Value) or receive a free membership to the MoS members area (a $60.00 Value)!

Hi,

I work at Bathmate UK in the customer service team and we are seeing more and more fake pumps sent back to us. The problem is we can't do anything for the customer because these are fakes and are not our products and have not been through any quality control processes.

All we can do is recommend you pay a little more and buy from a recommend retailer or direct from us at officialhydromaxpump.com and bathmatedirect.com that way you know you are getting real deal.

You now get the 5 year warranty which is only available via MOS. Buy it now before the offer ends

Ben

How does a RMA return go? Seems like that would get pretty costly after a while. You should whip up a quick page on your website(s) distinguishing fake/real products so you don't have to waste time dealing w/ returns of products you can't stand by cause they're not yours.

Who is the best person to contact to see if my Hercules pump is the real deal? I don't remember where I bought it off of exactly. It was a year and a half ago and I don't have the email info anymore.

It may be impossible if you don't have the original packaging or vendor info. Did it break?

Trace your posts back to the date you purchased and you may find the link you used.

I still have the instruction manual. I believe it has a number on it. I will double check and pm one of the reps.

It also leaks from the middle of the gaiter at the seam at high pressure when pumping again. I only notice it in the bath since there isn't water running on it. It still holds great pressure though and doesn't leak air that fast. I'm out of the warranty period since it's a year and a half old.

The gaiter on my Hercules came off ages ago; since that I've once epoxified it back. That wore off, after that I've used silicone and superglue on a developing crack on the plastic.
So, my advice would be somekind of silicone compound that can withstand moisture etc.. Preferably without anti-mold properties. That is what I've done for now to keep the gaiter attached and so far so good.
I do have the Penomet and Vacu-vin for it (works for Hercules with just as well), but for now I'm mainly just using the Hercules. And I do own the X30 Extreme, but I have some issues with it, I've contacted the support. Might be that my warranty is out for that one as well, so I might need to repair it by myself. We shall see.

All the best, I hope you find a solution!
