I ordered the SizeGenetics and the box came damaged and in terrible state. The Male Extra box was open and damaged as well. I shipped the product back and now they won't even refund the shipping cost (35 dollars).

This sound very odd and the first time I have ever heard of their product arriving damaged. There is no way they will charge you shipping again, what gives you this impression?
