Supposedly lig gains are supposed to come faster(months) than compared to tunica gains which some people believe to be long term. So in that case how long should it be before you start to see gains by stretching your tunica? (I know people are different but just an estimation would be nice)

Things happened for me in just the opposite fashion. I saw gains while stretching my tunica within the first week, whereas I saw nothing from doing lig work. Everyone is different i guess.

Very interesting, DLD definately gets points for creativity. I never would have thought to twist and pull. At first I didn't think I could even twist once. But I can twist one time. I think this is a little too advanced for me right now. I just started an official mos routine just about a week ago. It will be something nice to look forward to. I have been doing an a stretch, and i think that is supposed to be good for the tunica. What is the tow stretch? Someone mentioned that, and I have never heard of that until now.

Tug-Of-War stretch. It's where you grasp the extreme base of the penis and right below the glands and pull in oppositte directions. The general consesus is this stretch is not for newbies, but I really don't see a problem with it personally.
