Technology Tracing an IP Address

I have a crazy ass stalker spoof texting me and spoof emailing me. I ended up changing my phone number but the crazy chick is stalking my facebook and twitter page and sending me emails from a made up name. Does anyone on MOS know or have any input on looking up a person's IP address to trace who it is? I've contacted the police and FBI and they don't know shit about how to help someone whose getting threats by spoof text or emails.

So much crime goes unpunished in the technology age. The police can barely keep the streets safe let alone the internet. That's why I can dupe thousands of men into believing I gained 5-inches of length in a year with my photoshopped images.

The lengthmaster is really good. Can't imagine my life without it. I have it locked away when I'm not using it.

Anyway:
But maybe you want some more feedback, to further develop it?

I will later write a long (at least detailed) review about the LENGTHMASTER 3, but I feel like I want to really use it, and gain at least 1" more before I write the review.
