No response from bathmate customer support, going on day 12...

I've email Bathmate customer support twice and I still receive no response could you please help me before I give upon that product?
Here are my emails name excluded.


This last email was sent 2 days ago so 11 days no response, this does not inspire confidence in the support I will receive if the product is defective

to see if i will get any response at all. If your company would like my money please resond.

The Bathmate website needs some info on how to size one self for the Bathmate options.
I know that the X-40 says it's for people over 20cm (7.87401575in) which I am not.
I'm 6 to 6.5inches I am not really sure, just know I'd like a little more girth and length not
so much for function as for show and wow factor.

I've been trying to get a solid answer on sizing for the batemate before I order one.
I may not have that impressive of length but I don't much care. Women have always
loved or feared my girth or both. I'm between 5.5 to 6inches girth once again not sure
I have not measured reliably, only once when I was 16. I would say it's a safe bet to
put my girth @ 5.7inches. My rod is more of an oval so I think I'm about 2inches wide
and considering the internal diameter of the X-40 is 2.2 inches I foresee having
the pinching issues that others have experienced. I would like to order the X-40
(more preferably the Maximus I hear rumor of) but I fear that it might be to large to
start with.

My main issue is I think with expansion my girth may outgrow comfortable use of the X-40 almost immediately. See here the suction pulls the rubber seal in and makes
rings on the shaft of the penis.

Note after looking into it more: I think I'm pretty solid at 5.7-5.9 girth and my dick is 2inches wide flacid so
erect might be even a little more. Long and short... errrmmm I mean... well anyway I think I should go with
the X-40 but don't want the thing to just go about sucking my nuts off first thing. I figure I could use the
vitamin bottle trick to take up volume at the end of the tube and a pump sleeve keep the suction on the shaft
not the boys.

Input?

If you are close to 6 inches girth X-40 is not an option anymore!
This is me at 5,9..
You will only lose money!

First let me say welcome to MOS! I am sorry your experiences have not been perfect up to now. Do not fear you will be forgotten by Bathmate, they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. This is a bad time for your issue as most of the Bathmate staff is away on May day holiday until Tuesday but I will personally send a message to Agust, our affiliate, so he can deal with this asap.
 
BTW, my suggestion is to go with the X-40 as you are already pushing 6" in girth.
 
Usually they take a little longer when business keeps them away. They have a great company and work all over the world so just be patient and send them a reminder on a regular basis because I always hear the story ending with them taking care of their customer:)

Thanks for ALL the replies, and for the welcome DLD! You know you might not think much of it and it might even sound corny but it actually made me feel special that you would think to say welcome.
I think being the internet, sometimes courtesy goes out the window or is made a low priority. I just wanted to say thanks. I will probably order a X-40 soon.

Alex78, I saw that pic in a tread you were in or started it's what gave me the idea to use a pump sleeve on the X-40 anyway I was pretty certain I would need to go X-40 but I really appreciate the input.

Does anyone know if the X-40 still has valve issues? I've been reading the forums for ~a month maybe more so I'm somewhat familiar with the topics.

Also I forgot to mention, but just so no one asks I was meticulous to make sure the response was not in spam.

Your query to Bathmate is a little rambling, ya gotta admit.

I don't know how busy they are at Bathmate, but if they're really busy I can just about guarantee that a long, rambling request for information will probably get pushed to the back of the priority pile.
Well behind actual product orders and existing customers.

Maybe you should re-send a quick, clean, clear, concise and direct-to-the-point e-mail that'll grab some attention.

They don't answer even queries about orders.I paid them about 2 weeks ago and not even a single reply from them.
 
I don't know who you're talking to, but the guy from the German support (Sid is his name I think) answers even the most stupid questions even though I'm not a customer yet. He misunderstood me once, but it wasn't important, so for me it was definitely a good customer support experience overall.
I'd still really like a model that was between X-40 and X-40, but I suppose that's not gonna be something the customer support can take care of overnight ;)

What is his id/e-mail/etc ?
 
You paid 'em...have you received the product? Because if you have it seems like you really don't need the sizing advice you asked for as in your post(s).

Two things I can tell ya with confidence:
1. I'm confused
&
2. With DLD & Agust on the case you WILL get an answer.

After I made the order, it certainly appeared a page with the order number(IIRC), but I thought I would receive that also as an e-mail(this is the usual case with online orders) so I "x"-ed the page, but I as said this also, I didn't receive a confirmation e mail. I can give you my name via pm , if that helps.

I also tried contacting Agust via his skype id, but his status says "on holliday"

The best indicator was the exit of the money from the account in the following working day.

There was no order number on the bank statement? This all sounds so strange as when I order I get a confirmation number and a receipt, with order number on my bank statement or pypal, depending on what I use. Please send me your name and I will track this for you, I am sure they can look it up by your name.
