I was wondering, many men exercising trying to get their "ideal" penis..some gain fast and others are late blooming, why is the ligament so tough, it just holding up the penis not an arm,, so why many are pulling but only getting little centimeters???? And in girth it's the same , why are gains so little, with all the jelqing and stuff????

Good question, getting gains depend on consistency, n the routine you are following..

Even following the exact same routine between 100 different people will give 100 different results. It just boils down to everybody is different. Even twins for example, exactly the same, yet different in many ways.
The determining factor is just you. You have to push, pull and stay extended to get the best results, everyday until you get your goal. I'm close to my length goal and then I'll do girth for maybe a year and be done with PE. I'll be here to help but I'll be happier.
Consistency.
Effort.
Heart.
3 great factors that determine a goal.

Everyone is different and everyone responds differently to exercise. Some men can go completely hardcore and make very fast gains while others need more rest to see the same growth. It is best to start out with the Newbie Routine, it is very simple and easy to do. It will teach you the foundations of penis enlargement and get you used to the intensity. Many make great gains on this routine. If you feel you want to go more hardcore you can go with the SRT routine. Either way you go please let us know so we can help you.
