first of all lets start with the talc powder: I currently doing SSJ for girth. after 10 min of doing it my hands started to be sweaty and my grip at the base was not good and with the pressure of the ssj I got a very large blue mark where I hold at the base so I jelqed it off put heating pad and rest for few days.
so after few days I tried using the talc powder and I got to say it really improved my grip and I was able to hold the SSJs for longer and keep more pressure.
