SWM, question about your homemade ADS

Sup man, I just built one of your ADS with the dog collar, bungee chords and cable clamp. I was just wondering because I've never used an ADS before, I tried it out and it worked great, but after awhile my penis started getting numb and cold. So I guess my question is, How long is it Ok to wear this for and be safe? Do I need to ease it at first and slowly add more time to ADS every day? Thanks bro....

I could wear it for about 20 minutes or so at a time sometimes 30, but you have to determine what works for you. I'm still looking for a TRUE ADS, as I have yet to find one that is both user friendly, AND practical to use.
