I am curious what everyone does as far as kegels. I am doing 600-700 2 second kegels everyday now. Is this too many? Not enough?
I started on here about 7 months ago and got up to 500-600 1 second kegels then dropped down to 300 2 second kegels and worked my way back up to where I am at now. Should I drop down to 300 reps for 3 seconds and work back up---or is what I am doing enough?
