I need some help on stretching aids. I've been using toilet paper since I don't know when, but it's just too rough. I need some suggestions on something that's alot better. My hand alone can't get a good enough grip, keeps slipping. Anybody care to tell me what they use personally? I've been thinking of different tings: rubber gloves, baby powder, etc. I need something new because last night I injured my skin from the damn toilet paper > I may even have to skip the stretching part of my workout because of it...
