Just wanted to ask what are some tips on how to stay motivated with pe. I have been doing it for a loooong time(3yrs.) but very on and off at points. I have gained .25 in length in the past year or so and that helped. But I seem stuck in a rut, especially with girth. I hang, manual stretch, Jelq, pump, constrict. I do have a lot of free time on my hands, but havent settled in to a routine. How long do you guys usually stick to a routine before you dont see results? Thanks
