Howdy!
As some of you will know having read my last post, after 3 to 4 months of begining P.E I decided to take a 1 week break. EQ had greaty declined and all gains had been put on halt. Most people at this point would have given up P.E thinking it doesn't work or would have come abck to it later at soem point in their life. I thought of all of you here at MoS and suddenly my mind got tickign away. I realized that a newbie dick can not go through months and months of non stop intensive training. I was trying to train a broke dick (Credit to MAXAMEYES)
I had my first workout in a week and EQ is right back up. My mind is clearer now and I feel refreshed. Needless to say, today was the BEST WORKOUT EVER
I got huge after just 3 minutes in the Bathmate. YOu should have seen me after the end of my routine. I've never been this big before! This bodes really well for my next measurement on the 10th of December. I have learnt that correct and efficient resting is important - maybe even for everyone.
Thanks to this little dick holiday, I will keep my 6 days on / 1 day off schedule but I'm considering now havign a full week break every 6 weeks

If you're a little stuck in P.E , try taking a week off. It's worked wonders for me and I have every confidence it will do the same for you
