signs of success

I figured it'd be helpful if we can a thread that listed good and bad signs so we know when are and aren't on the right track. I'm not a great one to start listing things because my success has been limited.

Good

heavy feeling flaccid
rock hard and frequent erections
even disturibution of girth
light soreness

Bad

turtling
weak erections
pain


The main reason I figured this might help is to keep myself thinking of what I'm actually doing. Not just making a routine that sounds good and following it blindly. I hope this kind of thing can be useful to others. So please chime in.... especially you vets

this is a really good idea, i was thinkin about the samethin but just didnt know how to organize it.
 
Problem is like I stated I've had limited success with pe so I'm not even sure if I've grouped things correctly(ie turtling might actually be a good thing). I'm excited to see what everyone's take on these signs are. Please don't hessitated to post even if you as unsure about things as I am. The more info we gather the better for all of us :)

Just thought I'd mention I had a super intense session both stretching and clamping tonight.....the expansion was crazy I think my girth went up almost an inch towards the end. Right now im shrivled to about an inch shorter then normal. I'll be taking the next 5 days off then measuring. So I guess this will be a good test to whether or not turtling could be a good thing if you give the little guy some rest afterwards. I'll definitely come back and let you guys know what happens.

That's pretty accurate. I'd also add lower exit point.
