Sending pictures to girls online .... RISKY Biz????

I don't think it was Waxn, or anyone else who commented on the obvious that turned this thread sour. You can't reasonably expect to introduce the reality of a minor into the conversation and expect that it will stay "on topic." Everything else sort of becomes besides the point.

The original poster could have avoided this simply by leaving out the age of the woman, or in this case child, involved.

Hehe, ok man i get what your saying, if your doing illegal activites day in day out somehwere along the line you will have forgotten to cover the tracks up and boom, your gonna get busted.
If its encrypted and you Refuse to supply the police with a password and you get an automatic 2 years, I uinderstand, in this situation it gives you a choice To let them search your comp and find nothing or find something which will put you away for longer than that amount of time if you get what i mean, Not that i have things to hide but i dont like the idea that people other than myself are entitled to look at my data.

Ok Back on track with the thread now i guess.

Ok iam confused can u really get in trouble for sending pics to girls i mean some people on yahoo messenger in their profile have pics of their penises and everybody can see them. I recently sent a pic to a 17 year old girl Iam 22 i didnt want to but she kept bugging me about it. I am in criminal justice and the age limit for child molestation is 4 years meaning if i was 20 the earliest i could mess with would be a 16 year old. ALso when the girl hits the age of 16 there is a thing called age of consent meaning the laws change a little bit giving the girl is old enough to basically make a logical decision. if i or gandolf was taping girls under 16 nude or what not i belive that would be child ����? anybody help or got anymore advice on this issue please post back
