So, there it is, crude but efficient. Also posted on the The Ring of Power -thread.

Steel wool is more harsh. It does work, sure, but maybe it's when the rods are deeply tarnished? For me the brillo pad has been working quite nicely. And brillo, well, I use this word, but for me it just means a abrasive cloth with no added soap etc.. "Bear's Tongue" would be word for word translation from Finnish to English for the thing I mean. Just wear the ROP and keep it clean!

If Brillo no longer has soap on it and you use it dry can it be used to clean the ROP?

In my experience; Yes! I sometimes use a bit of water, but most of the time dry and just rinse of after cleaning is done.

Quick question, I'm getting \ reading conflicting suggestions about cleaning the rods... Steel wool \ Brillo pads \ Light sand paper... Which is best or will damage the least? Thanks again!

Soapless brillo pads will do the job. Steel wool can flake, get into skin etc.. It's efficient, but I'd save it for something different. Light sand paper if you have deep oxidising. Cleaning with a "brillo" cloth has kept my rods nice and shiny.

I have been on HRT for 3 years under a doctors care. I'm 48 yrs old and just completed my first year of Penis Enlargement, Bathmate, SG. HRT is the best thing I have ever done. I have blood work every 3 months and the doctor also gives me HCG to keep my natural TESTOSTERONE going as well as keeping my boys The right size. I have to believe that I am healing quicker and my EQ is great at all times. Pretty much hard anytime I wake during the night which I know helps with gains. As far as gains in the gym its been crazy plus my body fat has decrease alot. I went from 18% to 11% in 3 years.

Okay hwy1378, tell me, is there any difference between (what I assume) are supplements and the ROP? Of course my memory is failing me but the ROP I've read is better because it deals with Test levels differently as opposed to supplements.

Either way, it sounds like you're doing well and seeing positive results for your work, which of course is great motivation.

What is your question bud, maybe I can help:)

Hey Supra... I forget the terminology but the ROP does something that supplements don't do... As in, supplements don't address the lack of test properly whereas the ROP does... Still on the tip of my tongue but I haven't found the right way to google it yet!

Ah nothing like reviving a year + thread for fun, especially when its your own!

Anyway quick question guys... I'm curious if you've found that the ROP generally sits behind your balls, as it puts tension on your scrotum? I've found both rods are in constant contact with the scrotum but not necessarily with the balls, or not as much as it might need to take affect... Thanks!

I'm still trying to find out where to buy this from! Supra seems to have disappeared and isn't selling them anymore?! I work in a medical background and have had my testosterone levels taken.. I'd be interested to know what they're like in a few months time!

ETSY has them.

You would be better off taking supplements to help increase T levels. If they're really bad to the point where they're effecting your life negatively, then opt for a TRT of some sort.

Hey so has anyone noticed the same thing? It's sili to ask at this point as I've been using it on and off for a while now but like I said, I'm now unsure if it actually makes a difference at where it sits on my scrotum and behind the balls.

Is your ring/ROP adjustable? IMO it would depend on how low your balls hang. It would make more sense putting it under/behind the balls. That's if it even made sense to use in the first place.

Hey @smerc - Yes it is, the current setup I have which works pretty well I am able to adjust it to be more or less tight. So I would say generally they hang a little bit, if at all. It's just that I'm wondering if because the rods aren't actually on the balls themselves if this is a problem or not.

The rods usually rest right above the scrotum unless you make one that is bigger. You will get the same results either way.
