Consider the 1 in 7 billion fact, along with elephantitus, and it's possible. But, again, it's useless due to the amount of blood needed. I don't like to state this as I do not know for sure where I stand against the rest of the world. What I can say is __________ is the biggest, fully functional penis I have ever seen. I think his length is 11"+, his girth is in the 6.25 area. It would take another big push and maybe a years work but I am sure I could get to the 11"+ mark.

It seems like there are two ways to post things ... as a link .. and as an object (image, video, etc). One of those works better than the other, but I don't recall which offhand, probably links.
