i have been working this Penis Enlargement process since the first week of November and i take the weekends off. My exerise is 10 warm up-hot water, stretch with my hand for about 15-20mins, jelk about 15-20.
i did one edging exerise once i found out what it was.
4 days on, 3 days off! i might not be training hard enough, but so many cautioned to go easy at first, so i am now out of the begining stage i think.
i have noticed that it is more flexable and somewhat harder during sex, and edging.

What indications clearly say that one is over training?

My symptoms are i can get a pretty good erection after a work out if i try.
My dick is not hurting any. some light brusing and brown spots on the head, but not signficant.

when you have erection problems, that's the biggest sign. or if you're having bad pains
 
This is an area that is confusing to me. From what I have read, DLD does Penis Enlargement every day; others say take time off. I've pretty much done some degree of Penis Enlargement every day since I started 2 1/2 mo ago. Some days I go pretty hard at it, and some days I lighten the routine up, but I always do something. Is that too much? My erections are fine, sex is great, but I am sore at times. What's the consensus here?
