i feel i have finished phase 2. in phase three, it said

"At this point in your program you have realized unbelievable gains. 3-4 inches in length is very common and your penis will feel like a lead pipe. For many this is where they want to be and should just skip to Phase 4 for basic maintenance. For the select few the desires to be even bigger may be calling you...Phase 4 will get you there. It deals with very advanced power moves geared to help many reach the double digits and girth gains previously thought impossible."

i haven't seen anything near those gains. in fact, i haven't gained much since i started phase 2. will i see the big gains after phase 3 or after phase 2? maybe i'm taking the words too literally. should i just go to phase 3 and see what happens or should i continue with phase two until i get something close to these gains?

It seems to me as if you haven't finnished Phase 2 yet. How long have you been doing it and how regularly?

ive just started phase 2, im one day into it lol.

How long have you been doing phase 2? I gained in phase 1.
What have you gained from phase 2? and in total?

Interesting....

?:( maybe DLD can answer this one?

Not everyone is going to make the same gains but this could be for intensity used or correct practice of the exercises. How long did you spend on Phase 1 as I made incredible gains on Phase 1 before creating Phase 2?

i think that many people try the stages and dont gain what they would like - some gain faster than others. so instead of sticking to that stage and MAKING it work - they jump up a level thinking its more powerfull and this will help them gain. in reality you should only move up a stage when you have plateaued - havent gained in months. this means your body has become accustomed to the pressure you are putting on it and needs to be changed. think about whether you have really given it a try or whether you have REALLY plateaued on stage 1 or 2 then if you think you cannot gain anymore - move on. pe does not happen overnight, it takes time and dedication - it can be months before the effect of a program is seen.

i grew 1/2 an inch in the six week period from phase one. But i stopped at six weeks as told in the directions, but i think i was still growing. should i go back to phase one until i plateau?

DLD said that he gained 2 inches from phase one. do you think i should wait until i get similar results ... or maybe even more?

There's no need to follow the directions to the letter. The phases only serve as a guide. If you feel like your still gaining, then keep going with whatever routine your doing.

if your not gaining from phase 2 go back to phase 1 - do what works for you

Phase 1 is really a perfect Phase, especially if you are gaining. It encompasses everything one needs to make steady gains. Every angle is covered in basic stretching and the jelqing portion is tried and true. I only think men should move on when they are sure that they have made all the gains they can but it is also important that the intensity is up to par. This can be accomplished slowly and progressively as you become used to the exercises but at your peak in Phase 1 the exercises need to be performed aggressively.

What if you added bits in from phase 2 into phase 1 like the a stretch and compression? As i too have been on phase 1 for a while 4plus months
