Question about extender

I know you're supposed to check every hour for good circulation..but it's really necesasary?Let's say i'm at work...and i can't check it every hour...maybe once every 3-4 hours..is that too much?Can i wear the extender for multiple hours without having to take it off to restore circulation?

This is different for all men, if you have had the experience of wearing for four hours with no issues than the one hour rule does not apply to you. Some men can go 30 minutes while others can go hours on end. Find you max, make sure it is safe and stick with that.

I think it depends how tight you strap yourself in and how much tension or how far you've extended yourself. Because even at a moderate tension and being snug but not choking I still would have to take mine off after 2 hours or so. If your glans is purple or blue and cold to the touch then take that shit off asap.

buy a vacuum attachment for your extender then you can wear for more time.

I got another one : While using the extender,if i strap too light my penis will slip,if i strap it tight enough to stay in place,after 5 minutes the head is getting cold and i have a weird feeling..i mean a bit cold,the head is not turning purple and it's cold as ice or something..just colder than the rest of the penis.Is it normal?

There will always be some degree of temperature difference whenever you are constricting a part of your body due to the restricted bloodflow. As you said the colour is fine & it's only a slight temp difference so you should be ok, what you want to avoid is it going numb, that's when you will be running into troubles. A good test is to either run the pad of your finger across the glans or very lightly poke your fingernail into the glans, if you have sensation from the touch/poke then your good, if you can't feel it then loosen it up a bit 😊
 
My glans is cool lots of the time, I'm pretty sure its supposed to be that way.

VoorheesXIII's is on the ball here. The penis can become very cold after an hour, this does not mean there is danger, it only means blood circulation has been restricted. For most men an hour is time for a recirculation massage but I have seen others go as long as 4 hours It is best to experiment while keeping a close eye on things.

1 hour or two hours is fine. There are people who wear vacuum based extender for up to 3 hours or more. But to avoid blisters, 1 to 2 hours is fine.
 
With Phallosan Plus there is no problem what so ever, but I take it of anyway when adding pieces to bars. Using that time in between to take a piss and getting blood to circulate again. If you have ADS (all day stretcher, like Phallosan forte.) with vacuum Bell, there should not be any problem. I myself would not use any noose extender, because it may damage glans or slip off. It just wasn't the product for me as I was all the time trying to make sure its ok, and definitely made my glans numb and colorless which is not a good indicator.
